Caretta Caretta is a single storey three bedroom villa built on the outskirts of the village of Kayalar. It has beautiful views of the coast and mountains. The villa is light and airey, with a bbq terrace, and a large private pool with private gardens and garden and pool lights,pool furniture and a gazebo.

The villa is furnished to a high standard with a Mediterranean slant. There are several icons decorating the villa which gives it a true island feel. Ideal villa for a relaxing holiday

There is a large fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is in the utility room. A refridgerated water cooler is being installed this May.

Furnishings are colourful and comfortable giving the villa a light and airey atmosphere.

There is a large hand made stone table on the bbq terrace great for night-time entertaining.

A WELCOME PACK AWAITS YOU ON YOUR ARRIVAL - all beds are made and the villa is ready for your arrival. The pool is cleaned twice weekly and is a non clorine pool - so much kinder to swim in. please only use the air conditioners in the bedrooms when you are in them and with doors closed. Electricity is very expensive on the Island. Please telephone me if you want any further information about the villa, I shall be happy to answer any of your questions. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS IN THE PRICE - WE JUST WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOURSELF - ITS YOUR HOLIDAY

The villa Caretta Caretta is built in a lovely location, and has an open planned living area, with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sitting area has panoramic views of the mountains and sea and the dining area opens onto a breakfast terrace overlooking the large private infinity pool which has lighting, as does the garden - for those midnight dips. The luxuary of having your own pool is wonderful.Air Conditioning Units are now in all bedrooms for your comfort. A gazebo has recently been built to offer extra shade around the pool area. There are some pool toys in the utility room which you are most welcome to use. There is a BBQ terrace just off from the kitchen which has stone table and chairs where you can enjoy your supper under the stars. The villa has been furnished to offer friends, relatives and clients a high standard of comfort so that it is a pleasure to be there. There are some icons on the wall in the living area which is in keeping with the history of the island.There is CD player, a selection of CDs, books and board games in case you get bored Also there is internet in the villa and a tv to watch videos on. looking at the view!! Fly screens have been fitted to most of the windows which allows you to open the windows at night to enjoy the gentle sea breezes without those pesky insects coming in

The villa is in one level, with a private infinity swimming pool, garden with shrubs, flowers and fruit trees. Poolside sun loungers and two outside dining terraces make the garden a comfortable place to relax , read, eat and swim. There is parking for about three cars.>The garden also has two old olive trees and wow factor views over the coast line and of the mountains. Small sandy cove just a few minutes walk way and down some steps. If you get up at 5.30 and see the sun rise if is unforgetable. This is a peaceful ideal spot to unwind and enjoy your holiday. So many places and beaches to visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
