t is so very unusual to find a rental property in the village centre with a large pool that is surrounded by trees with a feeling of space.

La Maison Verte & La Maison à Côté at Le Relais des Roches are situated within a few minutes walk to the Monday market, shops, restaurants and bars in the world famous village of Les Eyzies. The nearest small supermarket is literally around the corner from the properties as indeed is an excellent boulangerie.

The two properties can be let individually or together and are situated at the very heart of it all. Sympathetically renovated, La Maison Verte & La Maison à Côté are decorated to a high standard, each home has been tastefully and indeed comfortably furnished with all the necessary conveniences for modern living.

La Maison à Côté is located over two floors and sleeps up to 5 people.

The spotless, modern & spacious well equipped kitchen & dining area is equipped with all modern conveniences, everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals – a real home from home.

A dining table seats 5 and being open plan, you can drink and chat whilst dinner is being prepared.

We provide for you salt & pepper, olive oil, vinegar, foil, cling film, freezer bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, all cleaning materials etc.

The door from the kitchen opens on to your terrace with views to the limestone hillsides opposite. An ideal place to relax, BBQ and enjoy a meal with friends.

The walnut staircase leads from the kitchen to the spacious living area, which is tastefully and comfortably furnished, a wonderful room in which to kick back and relax.

Plenty of seating, coffee tables, library of books, DVD player, UK satellite flat screen TV, making it a great family room.

The hallway takes you along to the two pretty bedrooms, one double and one twin (which can be converted to a triple) both of which have wooden floors and charming decor.

There is a large modern bathroom with a double sink and a separate toilet.

The property has all creature comforts including cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat screen, satellite TV with all UK free to air channels, DVD player, free WiFi.

In the heart of the Perigord Noir, Les Relais des Roches offers a great opportunity to holiday in one of the most beautiful parts of the Dordogne, an area well known for its numerous Castles and Chateaux, its “plus beau villages de France“ and the wonderful medieval town of Sarlat.

Couple this with an in-exhaustible list of activities from canoeing to golf, horse riding to quad biking and so on and it is plain to see why this area is world renowned.

The large 40ft x 20ft swimming pool & pretty grounds provide an ideal place for relaxation or to top up that tan.
