About the home

Delightful studio at the Sol Sun Beach complex, prime sea-front location in the popular Fañabe area of Playa de Las Americas.

This complex boasts superior facilities including roof top pool with expansive sun terraces, pool bar, restaurant, and a large seating area and stage inside for evening entertainment. Just outside the complex you will find local shops and 10 pin bowling alley, and an abundance of entertainment, restaurants, bars shops. The beautiful sandy beach is a stone’s throw away, and provides a great place to relax, as well as a selection of water sport activities, beach bars and eateries.

Facilities

The lounge is lovely and bright with fresh white walls and attractive floral drapes that tie in with the red theme of the décor. Attractive and modern red prints on the walls and plush red sofa. Opposite sofa is a long dresser with mirror, and tall glass storage unit at one end. At the other end is the flat screen TV and DVD player. This room does have a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead onto the terrace with table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with off-white units and marble effect worktops. Facilities comprise of full oven, 4-ring ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. There is a breakfast bar with four chairs for dining.

The sleeping area has twin beds with attractive spreads, again decorated in white with modern red prints and accessories. There is a wall mounted reading light between the beds with easy access light switch and plug socket.

Full fresh bathroom with full bath and wall mounted shower fitting. WC, and basin with marble surround and mirror with spotlights. Small shelf below mirror for storing toiletries. Wall mounted corner bathroom cabinets for extra storage. The apartment also has a safe.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the land of eternal sunshine, with annual average temperatures ranging from 72F in Winter to 85F in Summer, which also makes Tenerife ideal for those out of season breaks as well as the more traditional holiday periods. This is definitely the island that has something to offer for everyone, no matter what your interests might be!

Tenerife has a wide choice of holiday attractions, sports and nightlife. It has varied and spectacular scenery, from lush banana plantations and pine forests to cinder deserts and cactus ravines - here you can travel from the subtropical temperatures to the snowline in less than 2 hours.

There are several animal and ecology parks, two water parks for the fun-lovers, go kart tracks, a quad biking park, scuba diving, para gliding and much more for those of you looking for some adventure.

On the other hand, you can just relax on the numerous beaches, pamper yourself with local spa facilities, or take in the beautiful scenery the island has to offer. There are boat trips to see the marine attractions, and jeep or coach trips to discover the many places of interest on land.

The Fanabe area

Fañabe is located on the edge of Las Americas. The beach is called Playa Fañabe, and Torviscas beach is situated to the left, with El Duque beach located to the right as you are facing the Atlantic Ocean.

Fañabe along with Bahia del Duque are the more exclusive areas in the South, and offer an excellent setting for the holidaymaker, with an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants and beautiful walkways along the coast.

Fly to Reina Sofia airport in South of Tenerife. Ryanair are probably the cheapest airline, followed by Thomson, Thomas Cook etc.

Taxi to resort is approximately 15 to 20 minutes and cost is approximately 25 euros.
