Contemporary, cool Tegueste Villa is a minimalist haunt for all those seeking a stylish break without the hefty price tag.

Sitting in good company, alongside many of Tenerife’s top hotels, Tegueste is only a 5 minute walk to the upmarket Playa de Fanabe and Playa Del Duque; less than 5 minutes walk to two sandy beaches and Puerto Colon Marina with its stylish yachts and pavement cafes.

This villa is a feast of modern contemporary style. Whitewash walls contrast with black and white funky furniture with a Baroque theme throughout.

All rooms are similar in design and size, with the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom, along with a balcony with views over the pool area.

There is a spacious split-level living area with flat screen TV on the ground floor, along with a fully fitted kitchen, with modern appliances.

A second double bedroom with fitted robes has its own shower room.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, which is affectionally known as “the island of eternal spring,” due to its year round pleasant climate.

The beaches, which are scattered along the coastline, are a mixture of dark volcanic and golden sand, imported from the Sahara Desert. Many beaches offer a wide selection of water sports and numerous amenities.

A fun, lively and exciting villa holiday destination, Tenerife is guaranteed to entertain you with its colourful fiestas, chilled out bars and contemporary restaurants. This is the island where there’s definitely something to suit everyone’s taste!

The Fanabe area

Villa Baroque is within Urbanization Tegueste which is located in the exclusive area of Torviscas in Southern Tenerife and close to the up market and chic Playa de Fanabe and El Duque areas. The famous Torviscas beach and Puerto Colon marina with its fabulous yachts and sports boats, is a stones throw away.

Villa Baroque is an excellent choice for families and those wanting to be close to the beach and main resort. It's easy to see why it remains a top destination for British holiday makers. The complex has a large central swimming pool with beautiful landscaped gardens, set in a quiet private area, which makes it an ideal safe location for those with young children.

Restaurants/bars are a mere stone's throw away. The complex is set in a unique location and has only has a handful of properties. This is great for those wanting relaxation in the day and sophisticated nightlife can be sought down the newly laid palm tree lined streets.

Aqua park is 5 minutes away with its slides and dolphin show. Europe's finest new modern Chinese themed water park, Sian Park is now open and is 5 minutes away.

* Fly to Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport (TFS) from UK most airports.

* For best fares on flights, check out www.travelsupermarket.com.
Airlines to look for are: RyanAir (be aware of extra costs!); Thomas Cook and Easyjet.

* The best way to see the island and make the most of your stay is to hire a car. There are many car hire firms located at the airport. A good sized car for a reasonable fee can be pre-booked or picked up on arrival from www.autoreisen.com.

* Taxis are also located directly outside of the arrivals terminal. These would cost approximately 40 Euro to the villa. Always remember to haggle and fix a price beforehand with the taxi driver!

* You are strongly advised to purchase any flights on a credit card. If your chosen airline does go into administration, you are covered through your CC company.

Its also right in the middle of Fanabe so you only have to walk outside the complex to be amongst all the shops and a short 5 min walk to the beach. I would defiantely recommend staying here and will most definitely be going back."

"Just back from a weeks stay - apartment was beautiful - just as described - very well kept and beautiful surroundings. if you are looking for a quite time this is the place for you and if you want something a bit lively at night you dont have to go far - try out gordon ramsays restaurant just around the corner - great prices and lovely food. beach is just a stroll away and what a beautiful beach. taxi depot just outside the door - very handy for getting into Las Americas and Los Cristianos. "Our family of four (parents 65yrs+, and my wife and I, 30yrs) hired this for two weeks. Location was the best bit - harbour, shops, beach all within short working distance. Plentiful selection of places to eat and drink nearby, within 5 mins walk. Taxi rank oppposite - most useful, and always taxis available. Premises were very clean and very well equipped (Sky sports 1 & 2, Setanta, Eurosport and Arabice Showsprots for saturday PM football! - women not happy, as you can imagine! ) Terrace and Balcony both get the sun from an early hour and service staff were really helpful. Good sized, separate, kitchen with a plethora of utensils. Beds were comfy and linen changed weekly. Towels changes every three days. Quiet at night, but not too far out of the action if that's what you want.
ONLY DRAWBACK - There needed to be a little Spanish man on the terrace to bring me a cool beer, or fan me with a big palm tree leaf. This was most disappointing. Please arrange for his presence next time!

Preferred Payment Method is via BACS transfer. Free with telephone/internet banking.

Bankers Drafts are accepted by prior arrangement.

Christmas and New Year weeks must be taken together. Rates fixed as above.

1 Week bookings are not available for this period.

All bookings will have a £25 booking fee added.
