Our apartment is ideally situated very close to shops, hotels, restaurants and some of the best beaches in the area. The famous Costa Adeje golf course is 1km away and there are several other excellent golf resorts local to the apartment.
The areas of Del Duque and Fanabe are characterised by 5 star hotels, designer boutiques, fine dining experiences and very safe family attractions. The islands main water and theme parks are all only minutes drive away from the apartment. The night-life of Playa de Americas and Los Cristianos is also close by. However the apartment is in a very quiet and safe area so it offers the closeness of all the attractions but with the seclusion of a family home in a luxury environment.
The sun is on the terraces all day at all times of the year. The views of the sea mountains and resort area are outstanding and you have total privacy with no over looking problems. The complex is served by two lifts and is totally secure with 24hr security a manned reception area and CCTV cameras in the public areas. The pool area is well furnished and very safe for all the family. There are showers and toilets nearby to the pool.
A short walk takes you to the famous Del Duque beach area this is well maintained and has good facilities close by. We recommend the apartment for families and for couples as the range of options for your holiday in this area is very extensive. The apartment is also ideally suited to Golfers due to its convenient location among some of the best golf courses / resorts in the Canaries.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the perfect destination for all year round holidays and sun. Playa del Duque is a very sophisticated destination that has none of the pitfalls of the areas around Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.
Summers are hot and winters are warm with day time temperatures around 25 degrees in summer and 20 degrees in winter.

Tenerife has many places of interest including Spain's highest mountain accessible by cable car and some of the most impressive volcanic scenery in the world. For families there are several water and theme parks to enjoy.
Fanabe / Del Duque area
Coste Adeje is famous for its golf course (less than 5 minutes away) and there are many more excellent golf courses and resorts less than 10 minutes drive away by car.
There are many 5 star hotels including the world famous Bahia Del Duque Resort moments away. The hotels provide numerous fitness and well being spas together with gym and tennis facilities if required.
The near by Plaza Del Duque shopping centre contains world famous shopping outlets and fine dining opportunities. There are also many beach front bars and restaurants.
There are many water sport facilties available from jet skiing, para sending, scuba diving and boat trips.
The excellent go-karting track is 5 minutes away.
How to get there
Terazas Del Duque is 20 mins easy drive from Tenerife south airport via the TF1 motorway .
Alternatively a taxi ride will cost approx 25 euros each way.
Good flights are available to Tenerife South from Easy Jet, Ryan Air ,and Monarch on a daily basis from most UK Airports.
Competetive car hire is available at the airport from CICAR, Avis, Hertz, and many other major companies.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV and plenty of storage space.

The property is managed by a local company who are very friendly and efficient.
The property comes with a full operating manual with all contact details and emergency services listed within it to ensure a carefree stay.
A welcome pack is available on request and extra cleaning and servicing over and above the weekly service can be arranged as well.
The reception has English speaking staff available each week day from 10am until 2pm.
Wheelchair access is available throughout the property except to the second roof terrace that is reached via a spiral staircase from the lower terrace.
Conditions
The apartment is not suitable for children under 5 as there are no cots or high chairs. No animals are permitted. Smoking is also not allowed anywhere in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for Hen or Stag parties as it is in a primarily family environment.
A deposit of £200.00 against breakages or damages is required and is refundable two weeks after the completion of your stay. Any breakages should be notified immediately to us.
We take 20% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before you go. If the booking is less than 6 weeks prior to departure then the full cost is payable on booking.
Our manager will check you in and out of the property to ensure your stay is carefree as possible.
Arrival access will be from 3pm on the day of occupation, unless prior agreement is made.
Departure will be from 12 noon on the day of leaving, unless prior agreement is made.
Rental includes bed linen, bathroom towels (not beach or pool) and final clean,

The Christmas and New Year period from Saturday 20th December 2008 up to and including Friday 10th January 2009 will carry an additional £200.00 per week surcharge.
Additional to the rental cost a £200.00 breakages deposit will taken with the booking and held and refunded no more than one week after the departure date following a successful inventory and condition check of the property by our manager.
A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Should you cancel the booking after we have received your deposit then this will be non-refundable.
The 80% balance of the rental + a £200.00 breakages deposit will become due 6 weeks prior to departure.
If the booking is within 6 weeks of departure then the full booking rental + £200.00 breakages deposit becomes due at the time of booking.
