About the home

Benimar is located in the sophisticated and much sought after area of Fañabé, in the heart of the Costa Adeje adjacent to the quality bars and restaurants in the Bahia del Duque, and is only a ten minute stroll to Del Duque Beach, the best beach in the South of Tenerife.

The apartment itself is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom first floor property, and the complex is kept immaculately clean, and has a lovely quiet pool. No hire car required, as this is within easy walk of every amenity

If there is any spot on the globe that enjoys a perfect climate, Tenerife in the Canary Islands is it. There is markedly little variation in the average temperatures between summer and winter, which hover between 15ºC and 24ºC, and there is only very occasional rain. Throw this in to the mix - of verdant forests in the northern part of the island as well as mountains, deserts, volcanoes, exotic plant and animal life, and spectacular beaches - and you have a holiday paradise.

Stroll down to Del Duque beach for five star shopping and sunbathing. Try the coastal walk to the beach chill-out bar in la Calleta 25 mins from Duque beach.

“ABSOLUTLEY EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION” This was one of the best self catering holidays we have had, and we've had a few! The accomodation was second to none and the pictures do not do it justice. The bed was so comfy we didn't wake up till 8 every morning. The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday and is immaculately clean throughout. Location is pretty much perfect, 15 mins walk from the beach and very quiet at night, whilst only 5 mins walk from some very nice shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the pool that faces the sunset, which is beautiful to enjoy with a few drinks. I actually think this accomodation is better than advertised. wish we were still there, A and D Rose 290911-081011
