Home description

This beautifully furnished spacious four bedroom detached villa is on one floor only, with french doors from all rooms opening out onto the swimming pool or gardens. Villa Paraiso is a 10 minutes walk from the Playa Fanabe beach. Local shops, bars and restaurants are five minutes walk in the new Centre Commercial "Gran Sur" . Two minutes away is the famous "Restaurant Rodeo" which is very highly recommended and value for money . For bargain hunters there is a market nearby every Thursdays and Saturdays (9am-2pm). There are also tennis courts nearby, and a Karting Club two minutes drive away. Golf courses are in either directions, Los Cristianos or Adeje. The large private pool ( 10 x 4 metres) benefits from heating, has jacuzzi jets incorporated in the roman steps and also an "against the stream flow (available at an extra cost). A place to relax , read a book or take a swim to cool down, all in your own backgarden.

There is a mini food store around the corner and the "Mercadona Supermarket can also be found at the " Gran Sur".

The Tenerife region

It takes just four hours to get to Tenerife South from most UK airports. We have glorious sunshine all year around, as we are only a short distance away from the coast of North Africa.

During the summer months the temperature is around 28-30 centigrade, in the evenings it is rarely below 16 centigrade, which makes it highly popular in the Winter months . It is the only place that has tropical weather at a short flying distance.

Fanabe area

Playa Fanabe is the most popular and prestigous area of Las Americas, Costa Adeje , here we have one of the 10th World's best hotel "Bahia del Duque. From the villa the nearest beach is the Playa Fanabe beach ( 10 minutes walk), on one side is the Torviscas beach and on the otherside , the El Duque.
The promenarde is well lit, and great for an evening stroll, it is lined with shops and restaurants (McDonalds and Burger King are closeby ). There is a small park with slides etc. and also a trapeze jumping attraction which is great fun for kids and adults.

The lovely village of La Caletta with its fish restaurants is a two minute bus ride away, and it has a quaint beach, used by residents and tourists alike.

There are bus stops located in various places nearby, and will get you to Las Americas, Los Cristianos and if you want to adventure further, to Santa Cruz (the capital), or Puerto de la Cruz. Here we have one of the main attractions of Tenerife The Parrot Park (Loro Parque), with lots of entertainment plus a dolphin show, this is a great must , not to be missed.

The Water Park (Aqua Parque) is much nearer home , two minutes drive or a short walk , and is also great entertainment for the kids and grownups alike, with all types of waterslides,various swimming pools, snackbars, plus a dolphin show. We can require tickets on your behalf if you wish .

Last but not least is the nightlife, which is located in Las Americas, in the Veronicas , with its many bars and discos.

Siam Park (new) is also nearby, and not to be missed.

How to get there

Fly from Manchester: Monarch, B.A, Glasqow : Globespan, Thomson, Thomas Cook
Gatwick: B.A., Thomson and Thomas Cook.
There are always taxis available at the airport, but transport can be arranged with us , or a rent a car for you to pick up at the airport on arrival. It is normally a 15 minute drive to the Villa. Directions will be supplied.

Further details indoors:
There are four double bedrooms all tastefully furnished, with bamboo and wrought iron furniture. Two bedrooms have king size beds, and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each.

There are two bathrooms one of which is en suite , shower cubicle , two wash basins for "him" and "her" WC , and bidet. The second bathroom is a bath/ shower, wash basin , WC and bidet, which are of beige and brown marble as are all the floors throughout the villa.

In the middle of the corridor there is a feature item of a large glass showcase decorated with large plants, rocks etc. which lets in plenty of light and brightness during the day.

We also have sattelite TV, a DVD/CD/Video player (cartoons, movies and music is also provided for).

Further details outdoors:
There are large terraces and gardens surrounding the property with fruit trees and flower bushes which , give off at nighttime, a beautiful aroma which you can enjoy whilst you sit outside in the gardens, around the swimming pool (or in various exterior parts of the villa). There are sunloungers, in the swimming pool area a long wooden table with 8 chairs under a gazebo, another patio set , and yet another wooden large picnic bench set for eating. At the back of the villa there is space where , if you have children, they can enjoy as a play area. The villa has been built on a plot of 500metres, of which 160 metres are the house, and the rest is garden and swimming pool area, we also provide a safe for your personal belongings.

You will be met on arrival , and we will explain how everything works etc. a movil number will be at your service if you have any problems or need advice about anything. All problems will be dealt with straight away, when possible.
Welcome packs can also be provided, and cost 17 pounds.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
A deposit of 300.00 pounds is also required for loss or damage, which will be refunded two weeks after departure date.
We do not accept responsibility for loss or injury/ personal or otherwise suffered by anyone, whilst staying at our Villa. We strongly recommend Insurance to be taken, to cover yourself, family or friends during your stay, which will also cover sickness etc.
