About the home

This truly amazing, luxury detached unusual modern property is situated in the stylish area of Fanabe. Its truly stunning altra modern furnishings throughout makes this villa stand out from the rest. The villa is on 4 levels You enter the villa through its own electic gates and into the hallway which has a cloakroom. On this level is the opened planned kitchen/diner and lounge. The fully fitted luxury modern kitchen HAs all mod cons including diswasher and granite work surfaces plus everything you need in a sophisticated home. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools. The large dining area has a beautiful glass table and leather chairs for 10 persons, the lounge has a comfortable sofa and chairs. There are multi langauage TV channels to view on the 50 inch plasma including many English, plus the normal DVD player and other extras.. This level opens out onto the pool terrace and has spectacular views of the sea and local area, truly superb. Down the modern staircase leads to the basement area where there is Table Tennis, a children TV room with sofas, TV, DVD and En suite shower and WC facilities. There is an amazing view of the swimming pool through the toughened glass. Up to the first level and there are 3 bedrooms and family shower room. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and its own en suite with shower cubicle. This bedroom boasts its own terrace with beautiful views of the Atlantic and the island of La Gomera. The other two bedrooms has a double bed or twin beds and bedroom 4 has twins beds. Up to the upper level is the master bedroom with it own En suite facilities.
This villa has air conditioning throughout and gives the energy of being very spacious, light and airey throughout. All rooms have massive windows with black out blinds. There is free WIFI use at the villa.

What most villa renters seem to forget is the very important matter of safety. Included in our villa is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher (instructions written in English), stickers on plain glass patio doors, anti slip tiles around pool and terrace, plastic cups and plates etc for outdoor use, and a safety ring for swimming pool. Our villa has been checked by an electrician for any electrical defects. The villa is often sprayed throughout with an anti insecticide.

The outside of the villa provides a 10 x 3.5 heated pool with roman steps, jacuzzi with wooden decking, plus quality sunbeds with your own outside pool towel, purpose bulit BBQ with outside kitchen facilities, quality patio furniture which includes comfortable sofas and table chairs to seat 10 persons with sea views. There is an outside ensuite shower and WC again with views
This remarkable villa is everything you want and more and is very good value for money.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the seven islands, this sunkissed holiday hotspot welcomes millions of people every year.

The Fanabe area

This villa is situated in a very quiet up market area of Fanabe. Beaches are a 5 minute drive from the villa and several golf courses a very short distance away closest being Adeje which is a 10 minute drive away. There are plenty of places close by to eat and drink and the shopping centre of Gran Sur is only a 10 minute walk away.
Playa De Las Americas is a modern expanse of urban development that draws tourists throughout the year and offers a whole host of entertainment for both young and old and has many attractions to visit both during the day and night. The Aqualand and The New " Siam Park " are only a 5 minute walk from the villa which are a real must for a good day out, and for all the family to enjoy.
This is the islands most populated area and offers limitless opportunities for soaking up the days sunshine
In the evenings you can enjoy some of the islands best cabaret tribute acts within a few minutes walk from the villa. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the area. If you prefer a quieter time there are many different areas to visit and relax in.

“Lovely villa with spectacular views” Lovely villa with spectacular virews. With young children having the small hot tub pool was a great bonus as the large pool was very cold. The villa was well equipped. Please one that it not very suitable for folks with mobility issues as there was a spiral open staircase and the 4th bedroom was on the 4th floor(but unforgettable views). Also bear in mind that altho it was a very walkable distance to shops etc the return journey was very steep.
