This includes two bedrooms, a modern kitchen and living area with a breakfast bar, and a private patio with garden furniture for relaxing in after a day’s sightseeing. The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a superb standard, and is in a great location for discovering the south coast of Cornwall, and the rugged coastline towards Land's End. Take a boat trip, bask on a beach, lunch al fresco by the river (foodies could do worse than head to St Mawes for lunch at Hotel Tresanton) or stroll through the countryside – it’s all within reach.

The West Country / Cornwall region
Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Or could it be the cliff-top theatre at Mynack, working harbours, the world famous Eden project or St Michaels Mount, cut off from the mainland by a causeway. Or even the endless activities on offer; the Camel Cycling and Walking Trail, stunning coastal paths or the National Surf Centre at Newquay’s Fistral beach. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
The Falmouth / Mabe area
Mabe itself is only a hop, skip and a jump from Falmouth, one of the largest towns on the Southern tip of Cornwall and home to the National Maritime Museum. Falmouth itself owes its long tradition of fishing and boating to its location on the third largest natural harbour in the world. It’s a buzzing town with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops to keep you busy if you get restless with the idyll of your rural accommodation. Take the passenger ferry to St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula if you want to spread your wings further and you might even spot a basking shark or two at the right time of year.

,Location - enabled us to retreat in the evenings and was very quiet but only 10 mins from the park and ride into Falmouth so very convenient. Particularly liked the welcome pack - milk, fruit and flowers - a lovely touch. A very well presented cottage.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
