This cosy cottage is built of stone and is simply yet tastefully furnished, to provide delightfully flexible and compact accommodation. This is spread over four floors, and includes two bedrooms, an upper ground floor kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area on the lower ground floor.

The gorgeous natural surroundings and abundant local wildlife add a taste of true country life to a holiday spent at Trevone Farm Cottage.

The West Country / Cornwall region

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Or could it be the cliff-top theatre at Mynack, working harbours, the world famous Eden project or St Michaels Mount, cut off from the mainland by a causeway. Falmouth / Mabe area

Mabe is a little hamlet located four miles from the maritime town and harbour of Falmouth. The area is ideal for those who love spectacular countryside, long scenic walks, or messing around in boats. The surrounding countryside is a beautiful scene of rolling fields, country lanes and mysterious creeks winding their way inland from the sea through lush wooded valleys. The impressive natural harbour of Falmouth is the third largest in the world, and the meandering streets and lovely beaches draw visitors from far and wide all year round.

Welcoming harbourside pubs, superb shops, the fascinating Pendennis Castle and the incredible National Maritime Museum, a new addition to the town, make this area a wonderful holiday destination. The picturesque town of St Mawes which is surrounded by the sandy beaches, rocky coves, and gorgeous countryside that characterize the Roseland Peninsula is just across the harbour and can be reached by car or ferry.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the Winter period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the Low and Mid periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the LOW, MID, HIGH, PEAK, XMAS and NEW YEAR periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
