The cottage occupies a prime location for access to Falmouth and is situated on the popular Port Pendennis Marina. The property itself is spacious and tastefully decorated and has fantastic views over the marina as well as over Falmouth harbour.
As a point of interest, the Falmouth lifeguard station is situated across the road from the property. Port Pendennis Marina is situated next to Discovery Quay which is home to the Maritime Museum as well as a Tesco metro and various restaurants/cafes and shops. Falmouth town centre has many interesting gift shops as well as the usual high street shops for essentials. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk away as is the castle.

The property has 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and there is off road parking for 2/3 cars.
There is an ipod docking station at the property as well as the cd player.

Change over day is Saturday. Arrival from 4pm onwards and departure is 10 am.
Short breaks can be accommodated.
