Hillside is perfect for families with children. The lounge is light and airy with a 'box bay' to the front garden. The bedrooms are all equipped with double beds and each has its own en suite bathroom consisting of shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c. With one of the bedrooms on the ground floor, it is ideal for families with elderly relatives who find stairs difficult. The large kitchen makes the self catering holiday so much easier.

The property is located in a residential area of the town and is within easy reach of the beaches and the town centre. Falmouth hosts a wide variety of shops from major chains to many smaller independantly run premises. There are also many restaurants, cafe's and pubs catering for the diverse tastes of our visitors.

A deposit of £100 is required to book the property and a security bond also of £100 is required upon payment of the balance which is refundable following your departure pending no damage or breakages. The balance of the rent is due no later than eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

"Large, spacious and excellent central location with double parking space."

We were a party of ten and still found there was plenty of room. Lounge is comfortable and bright. Kitchen clean and spacious with plenty of storage. Would benefit from a couple more oven trays to cat… More

"would highly recomend"

this was a wonderful holiday ,home from home. we have a very large family, & we all had a gr8 time. everything u need is close by & has plenty of beautiful beaches. the house is of very high standard. very clean & comfortable. we will be returning again next year as it was 1 of the best accommodations we have stayed at! thank u
