Home description
The property is a waterside first floor apartment in Falmouth town with extensive views from all main windows over the Fal River estuary. It is situated in Packet Quays, a tranquil private estate only 300 metres from the town centre, with easy access to restaurants, pubs, shops and convenience stores. It has 3 bedrooms (1 en suite master bedroom with WC/shower, double bed and flat screen TV/DVD, 1 room with twin beds and 1 room with bunk beds), a family bathroom with second toilet, an open plan kitchen and, a large combined lounge and dining area with a balcony (a floor plan is included below).
The access road to Packet Quays leads off Falmouth High Street. More energetic people can get to the High Street using a short cut up the steps of Barrack Ope. Those with more time can use the path through the cliff gardens.
The apartment is in a perfect location in Falmouth for excursions to other parts of Cornwall, without going through the busy town centre, it has secure, covered parking just 20 metres from the door.
It was completely refurbished in the spring 2008 and has a new kitchen, and a living room with a leather three-piece suite, flat screen TV and Sky (Sports and Movies package).
