These barn conversions offers a high standard of accommodation, in one of the most sought after areas of Cornwall. Approached via a private drive and set within a courtyard of barns and cottages including the owner’s home, which is adjacent and you are also welcome to explore the land. An ideal position for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit adults and children alike which include Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Falmouth Marina and Aquarium, The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties and gardens and many miles of magnificent coastline to wander and explore. Enjoy some pleasant walks from the land to the nearby lake which is a 3 minute walk and renowned for its coarse fishing and offers a children's play area. Payment is by way of an honesty box at the lake. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the garden or visit one of the many local family pubs serving good food.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and internet connection included. 1 small dog by arrangement with owners (dogs accepted October - March, regret not at other times). Location: beach 4 miles, pub and shop 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
The single storey accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both having 5' double beds with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner, TV, Freeview, DVD, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Outside: private patio area with seating and views over fields.
