A luxurious high quality holiday property overlooking woodland for up to 6 persons.

51,Upper Stables is minutes walk away from the lovely Maenporth beach and is a well kept three bedroom property overlooking woodland with its own good size grass area with views to the sea from the patio and grass.

High quality fittings throughout. It is very convenient for the Leisure Centre. There are 29 acres of woodland, large indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, sauna, table tennis & pool. Also all weather tennis courts and play area.

Maenporth is ideally situated for visiting all over Cornwall, it is 3 miles from Falmouth and the Maritime Museum and 22 miles from the Eden Project, The coastal footpath is at the end of the drive, with the Helford River nearby.

The striking Lizard, Helford and Roseland peninsulas are within easy reach. Also there is Flambards theme Park at Helston. It is only a 20 minute drive away, and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Cornwall. Not only does the Theme Park host the best thrill rides in Cornwall, but also the Flambards Victorian Village and Britain in the Blitz indoor tourist attractions.
