Lynton is a 5 bedroomed townhouse and has been recently refurbished. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk. In addition each also benefits from its own en-suite consisting a shower cubicle, hand basin and w.c.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make the property ideal for the self catering holiday.

The property is located in a residential area if the town within easy reach of the beaches and town. Falmouth is host to a wise range of shops from major chains to the smaller independently run premises. There are many restaurants, cafes and pubs catering for the diverse tastes of our guests.

Double glazed throughout, gas central heating and a full fire / smoke alarm system with emergency lighting and 30 minute fire doors.

The garden to the front of the property is gravelled with Cornish palm trees. To the rear, the courtyard contains garden furniture , together with potted plants and flowers. There is private off road parking for two cars at the rear of the house.

A booking deposit of £100 is required and a security bond also of £100 is to be sent with the remainder of the rental, no later than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday. This is fully refundable following your departure pending no damage or breakages.

Access to the property is from 4pm on the date of your arrival and we kindly request that you vacate before 10.00am on the day of departure.

"Great accomodation for a larger family group"

We love staying here - the accomodation meets our requirements for our family group.
The location is great - we are able to walk into town or to the beach. If we drive to the beach the parking facilities are excellent. As a larger party we all have different interests and activities we want to do on a holiday - we can accomodate all of these at Falmouth.

We have stayed here twice and are booked again for next year.

Thank you for your positive comments about both the property and the location - its always encouraging to hear that our guests enjoy their stay.
I accept your comment about the dining table and I have re-designed the kitchen / dining area to accommodated a new, large solid oak dining table which seats up to 8 people. I have also reviewed the utensils which are available and now provide a wider range.
I have also undertaken refurbishment of the house to include new carpets and flooring in the communal areas ready for the 2012 season.
I look forward to seeing you again next July !!
