Le Manoir sleeps 10. Possible add, 2 extra beds and baby cots for kids. Le Petit Manoir sleeps 2 to 4. Luxury Studio sleeps 2 and up to 5 kids. Beautifully equipped Manoir with 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, incorporating panelled walls, open fires, limestone and polished floors, chandeliers, fine art and antiques. All bathrooms newly fitted this year, also new luxury kitchen. Grand Salon, biblioteque (42" plasma screen), study, cloakroom, dining room/family room, (42" plasma), FCH and english satellite throughout property, on various flatscreen tvs and dvds. Books and dvd library. Can be rented with 2 other properties onsite, (Le Petit Manoir and Luxury Studio), to sleep a total of 17 in beds with extra beds possible for kids. 2 Baby cots with all baby welcome (hight chairs, baby bath,...) is disposagle. New luxury outdoor hotspa. BBQ. Bicycles, Badmington,table tennis, Bowls,Playstation2 and many children's toys, slide and portico. Full time gardener, brings vegetables from garden to table. Le Luxury Studio and Le Petit Manoir are available £400-£670 per week. Sleeping 2-7 plus extra beds for kids.

The Normandy / Calvados region
We are close to the nearest village of Bretteville-sur-Laize,(4 mins), a picturesque little place with a vast array of shops and conveniences, such as newsagents, supermarkets, bakers, butchers, pizzeria, restaurants, cinema, beauty salon, hairdressers,horse riding and fishing. The historical town of Falaise, birthplace of William the Conqueror, is just over 10mins. away, many shops and lively Saturday market. Deauville, a cosmopolitan town, with designer shops and wonderful beaches, is about half an hour away and all the famous Normandy landing beaches are within easy access. Falaise / Bretteville-sur-Laize area
Along the coast, (nearest beach, 20mins.) there is a variety of activities and sports, including sailing, windsurfing, body-boarding and water ski-ing. Horse riding is also available on many beaches. At Falaise, a new Water park has just opened, providing indoor and outdoor pools, water slides and tunnels, steam, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness room.

New for 2007 we have just completed our new "PLAY BARN", a great place for children to unwind away from parents in their own private space with toys, slide, badmington, ping pong,.... A communal area where they can meet friends.
The barn features a seating area with three TVs, DVD and Playstation 2s. Toys, games, boules, billiard table and craft table.
Further details outdoors: Le Manoir is approached through electric gates up a long tree-lined drive to the magnificent wrought iron gates. On the front grounds there is a large ornamental fountain and seating area, and to the back is a large vegetable garden and further seating and croquet lawn. To the side is a beautiful fish pond and small stream, orchard and newly fitted Hotspa, bbq and dining and relaxing seating. The 6acre grounds are totally enclosed by a 10' wall and Le Manoir has over 2 acres of private garden,(front, side and part of the back). Le Petit Manoir sleeps 4 and the Luxury Studio sleeps 6 (see website), they both also have their own private 2acre gardens. Le Manoir has sole use of the hotspa. The only shared area is the drive. Each property has it's own clicker to gain access through the gates. The whole complex can be rented out as one, sleeping 16 adults and extra beds for kids.

Communal "PLAY BARN" for all children with seating area with TV,DVD and Playstation 2, games, toys and billiard table, boules and craft table. Allows them their own space and helps to give parents a bit of peace.
Conditions
On booking we require 50% and the further 50% 10 weeks before arrival. For Le Manoir, we require a returnable "house-keeping deposit" of £1000, returned 2 weeks from your departure.
