Parc Riviera is situated in a private residence just a couple of minutes drive from the beautiful hill top village of Eze. This idyllic location is a must see for those visiting the area in itself but it is also the perfect place to explore the fantastic Cote d'Azur. Situated just 18km away from Nice International Airport, it is a short drive from the apartment to Monaco, Cap d'Ail and Villefranche-sur-Mer. A little further on but still no more than 45 minutes you can reach Antibes, Cannes or Saint-Paul de Vence.
Enjoy the natural beauty of the steep hills above the sandy beaches and shimmering blue sea, coupled with all the luxuries of the Riviera, where cars are seriously fast and boats come in extra large.
The contemporary styled apartment offers 2 double bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite WC/shower as well as direct access on to the main terrace. The other has its own private terrace and is just across from the WC/shower room off the main living space.
There is a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher to make life as easy as possible. There are a number of options for breakfast, lunch or evening meal in as you can sit up at the bar area, set up a table indoors (rare we're sure!) or dine at the edge of the terrace area overlooking Eze below and the Cote d'Azur.
The living area includes TV, wifi, DVD player and Apple TV (to allow airplay from your apple devices)
The large terrace is the ideal spot to lie back and soak up the sun on one of the loungers, or if you prefer there is a shared communal pool area also available within the complex.
Whilst walking and cycling is a wonderful way to spend the day we do recommend having use of a car to really make the most of your stay. The apartment has a dedicated parking space. If you do wish to leave the car behind there is a bus stop immediately outside the gated entrance to Parc Riviera.

"Lovely modern quality apartment in a beautiful location"
The apartment is very modern and clean.Quality furnishings and equipment;the sun loungers on the decking area were great especially with a glass of wine! The bathrooms are modern and very clean .The apartment complex has a swimming pool too, which was ideal for a lazy day in the sun.The only downside is that although there is air conditioning, this is only in the lounge and kitchen area. The bedrooms became very hot and so we left the doors open, which was okay for us as we are a family but maybe not if two coupled stayed there. We would have loved a portable stand alone fan- this would have solved the problem.
The views from the apartment are amazing- its location is high on a hillside, so be prepared for walking up and down a steep hill to access the village of Eze.
We enjoyed the walks above the apartment too.The Astrorama (planetarium and telescopes etc) is really interesting, but if you don`t speak french then this could be a problem as they don`t translate into english; really friendly staff. The Forte Revere- accessed by car ( or a very long walk) above the hillside is a must too- the views are fantastic. We walked around the hillside through tunnels which were used during the war and looked out onto La Turbie village.
We hired a car , but found the roads very busy and car parking can be a problem- especially after we drove on the Grand Prix circuit at Monaco a few times after getting lost! We visited beaches by car, e.g. Villefranche, Cap Ferrat but left the car on a car park and took the train to do more sightseeing- much easier! We found Beaulieu Sur Mer car park near the beach really easy to access - even in the height of summer. You only paid when you left, and so not time restricted, and it was a short walk to the train station. We visited Cannes,Antibes, Italy, Monaco etc. We`d recommend taking a boat trip from Cannes to the `Man with the Iron Mask` island. There`s also a nice reasonably priced italian restaurant overlooking the harbour in Cannes; you could watch the pizza dough being made. The pasta dishes were delicious.
Eze is really quaint- we enjoyed visiting the restaurants at night time when it wasn`t as busy, although some were expensive for what we ordered. We walked to the exotic gardens at the very top of the village- recommended to take in the views. The perfumerie down the hill is worth a visit.
The owner of the apartment Nick is very friendly, and any minor issues were quickly resolved- e.g. we lost WiFi connection. We left behind our english money in a hiding place in the apartment and arrived home and realised! Nick kindly arranged for someone to post the money to us.
We would highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

"Eze is a beautiful place"
great apartment in great condition lovely convenient location all mod cons BUT Dont go near the overgrown pool area with filfhy out side toilet and changing area you wouldn't wont to be taking th… More
The pool area has been cleaned up as well as the outside toilet and is maintained on a regular basis. Unfortunately this stay was before the summer period when the maintenace team within the block started their work. If we had known the pool was in a poor state during the stay we would have ensured it was cleaned immediately. We hope this helps but do feel free to contact us with further questions.

"Beautiful apartment, stunning views and great location!"
Brand new apartment was lovely, bedrooms quite snug but beds really comfy and shower in the ensuite bathroom was fab! Large balcony area for sunbathing and raised decking for admiring the view suited us perfectly. Great location for our drives into Eze and along the high and low coastal roads into Monaco with its magnificent scenery. We loved it all!!
