L'Abri is situated just a 15 minute walk from Exmouth town centre and only a 20 minute walk to the marina and the 2 miles of sandy beach. It is only a 10 minute walk to Exmouth railway station.
Exmouth is Devon's third largest town with a large selection of shops, restaurants, theater, cinema, bowling alley, bars and pubs as well as its pretty beach and marina. The start of the stunning Exe Trail cycle path following the river up to Exeter and beyond is located right on the doorstep of this property along with a children's play park. Local cycle hire is also available.
This property can sleep up to 9 people. It has two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and one twin bedroom (bunk beds).
It has a large open plan kitchen/diner with attached conservatory. There is a separate lounge area and there are two bathrooms.

If you choose to book via instant booking linen and towel hire are automatically added to the booking. However if you wish not to take linen and towel hire please request for a quote, whereby the linen and towel hire can be removed.

The Devon region
Devon encompasses everything from cosy villages, to vast beaches of golden sand or unique pebbles and the large wilderness of Dartmoor. The county has maintained it's character of a farming/fishing community.
Dartmoor is excellent for a good hike or brief brisk walk to admire any of the many granite tor, yet it is easy to get to with excellent transport links.
Devon has two major cities, Exeter and Plymouth. Exeter has a large medieval cathedral, with a superb selection of restaurants, shopping and night life.
Plymouth is described as Britians Ocean City and is steeped in history having been the port whereby the navy set sail to destroy the Spanish Armada. During much of World War Two the centre was destroyed by bombing. Plymouth has a large sea aquarium.
Further a field but worthy of a visit is South Devon, with the towns of Torquay, Totnes, Dartmouth and Brixham all unique and worthy of a visit.
Exmouth Marina and Sea Front

Exmouth is situated in East Devon known as the gateway to the Jurassic Coast, with numerous and lengthy coastal walks. East Devon has many towns and villages worthy of a visit, such as Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe. The city of Exeter is only a 20 min drive or train ride away.
The start of the stunning Exe Trail cycle path following the river up to Exeter and beyond is located right on the doorstep of this holiday let - Local cycle hire is also available. There is a children's play park just across the road.
