This cosy accommodation is all on one level; entering through the front door into the open plan kitchen with dining table and living area. The door at the far end leads into the bedroom which has twin beds. The bathroom is situated off the sitting room, which is comprised of bath with shower over, sink and toilet. Outside there is a courtyard area and a large garden, which is shared with the owner but you are welcome to use.
In a village where parking is at a premium, we are pleased to offer secure off-road parking for one car in the courtyard.
Priory Thatch Cottage kitchen is fitted with fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
A television, DVD and CD player is provided in the sitting room. Wifi is available throughout the property.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Priory Thatch Cottage benefits from gas central heating and hot water is available on demand. Bed linen, duvets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
A small amount of tea and coffee is provided. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available.
Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.
Priory Thatch Cottage has a private enclosed courtyard for parking (one car) and lovely mature gardens, which are partly terraced. The owner lives in the property next door and shares the garden, but they are happy for you to make use of the garden.
Sorry, no dogs. Priory Thatch Cottage is strictly non-smoking.
Priory Thatch Cottage is available for week breaks and short breaks of three or four nights may be available. The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests.

Exmoor is a holiday destination of unrivalled beauty and interest.
There is so much to see and do on Exmoor - here are some of our suggestions. The local Visitor Centres will also be able to provide you with a vast amount of information about the area and suitable attractions.
The village of Dunster is an easy short walk from Priory Thatch Annexe. The village has many shops, restaurants and cafes to keep you entertained for at least a day! Plus all the historical buildings in this wonderful medieval village - the Yarn Market, the Tithe Barn, the Castle of course plus much, much more!
Dunster Beach is just over a mile from Priory Thatch. It's a large shingle/sand beach with some flat-rock becoming more muddy at low tide with some rock pools. The West Somerset Railway comes close to the beach near here adding extra interest.
Dunster is a fabulous base for walking, whether you chose to explore the woodlands or the open moors!

"pretty cottage perfect location"
The cottage is just as it looks in the photos and spotless. The owners Alison + Andy are on hand if you need anything and encourage you to use there beautiful peaceful gardens.The one thing I must men… More
