Luccombe Barn is a superb detached 2 bedroom barn conversion situated on the outskirts of the pretty Devon village of Exminster. The Barn is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location and will appeal to couples and families wishing for a relaxing holiday in high quality accommodation. Whilst nestled in the gorgeous Devon countryside amenities and places to visit are still nearby and easily accessed by car. The local village has a selection of shops for everyday needs, three good pubs, garage, post office etc plus a 9 hole golf course and driving range. The magnificent scenic Devon coastline with a great selection of child friendly beaches are only a short car journey away with, for example, the fabulous beaches at Dawlish only 8 miles away. Also the City of Exeter with its excellent shopping centre and historic buildings are also only 5 miles so visitors can make their holiday to Luccombe as quiet or as lively as they wish. The accommodation itself is of excellent quality and the helpful owners have really tried to make the barn as welcoming and comfortable as possible with many homely touches. One unique feature of the barn is that from the very private decking and pretty rear garden area visitors a just a fishing rod cast away from a number of coarse fishing lakes where anglers can arrange locally to fish the healthily stocked lakes for Carp, Tench, Roach plus many others. Luccombe Barn is certainly a holiday location with the potential to charm its visitors and providing many happy memories to keep them returning. The cottage has free Wi~fi included

Exminster

The formally Roman city of Exeter (or Dumnoniorum) has some of the best history of any city in the UK. Plenty of Roman history is also along-side the relatively more modern 12th century cathedral and 16th century canal.

The city has excellent transport being at the end of the M5 motorway and its airport being both national and international.

As well as it's extensive history Exeter has a prominant music scene and plenty of high quality sporting facilities.
