Home description
The house has a wonderful light feel with wooden boards through most rooms.
There are two good sized double rooms with river views and one large room with two adult sized bunk beds. One bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor.
The property has a fantastic balcony overlooking the river. There is however no other outside space and no private parking although parking is available in the nearby car park.
Ideally suited to up to 6 adults or 8 where 4 are children.

The West Country / Devon region
Devon is a wonderful area of the UK with great walking on the moors as well as some fantastic beaches. A good all year round destination.
Places of interest will include the National Trust and English Heritage houses with it's beautiful gardens and a variety of golf courses.
There are activities here for all levels of interest.
Exeter / Topsham area
Topsham is the historic port of Exeter about 5 km to the south. A good train service links Topsham with Exeter. The town has some wonderful local food shops and regularly holds food festivals and events.
Pebblebed Vineyard is nearby and a complimentary vineyard tour and tasting is offered to guests staying in the house.
Topsham has a great public swimming pool a short walk from the property open in the summer.
Great location for exploring the river or local countryside.
How to get there
Close to the Quay in Topsham about 5 km south of Exeter. Pebblebed House is towards the end of the high street.
