Welcome to finestayexeter the perfect residence for the business visitor or the discerning holiday-maker seeking secure, deluxe, self-catering accommodation in the heart of the City of Exeter in the County of Devon.

This is a unique property in every way; probably it is one which you might have given up trying to find in Exeter. You can stay for a minimum of 5 nights but preferably longer. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is on the first floor of a beautiful Grade II listed building in Southernhay, Exeter just moments from the Combined Court Building, the Gothic Cathedral, Princesshay shopping district and the Quay.

When it comes to preparing your apartment, there's no corner-cutting. It is furnished to a very high standard plus you will receive a very personal service to allow you to relax and enjoy your visit. This is genuinely your home from home.

This new first floor apartment is beautifully arranged over 85 square metres and it is accessed by lift or stairs. The design is modern and cool and it's furnished with quality furniture with oak floors thoughout. It comprises two bedrooms, each with King size beds (one divides to two large singles) and luxury cotton bedding; one en suite shower room, basin and WC plus a second bathroom with a wonderful deep bath, hand basin and WC.

WI FI is included & there is secure parking on site too.

The beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, drinks/wine fridge, Quooker fusion tap, induction hob, nespresso with milk frothier, Miele oven, Miele microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (and washer-dryer) is ready for any serious cook. Meat and Veg boxes from a local supplier can be delivered at your convenience.

Finally, there's a large Lounge with 3 huge sash windows overlooking Southernhay Gardens in which you can entertain, relax and unwind. There is a smart TV, DVD player and Roberts CD/DAB radio. The dining table can seat 6 should you chose to dine at home.

Luxury linens and towels are provided as well as a very generous welcome pack and for the special occasion, there's also a visiting beautician (who must be pre-booked). There is a mini-gym on site and if you are here for business meetings, you can hire the stunning boardroom, subject to availability.

There is also an on site concierge service to make your stay a pleasant one. Laundry, tickets, taxis etc all taken care of if needed.

We can change one of the two king size beds to two singles. We can also provide a cot and high chair

We do not offer air conditioning - this can be hired in for you but you will pay for this separately.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tina (the owner) a message.

If Tina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
