A stylish, central 2-bed maisonette in the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter, Devon. It's in a brilliant location to enjoy the best of the city...you won't necessarily need a car, as everything is within easy walking distance. It is available for holiday, work or study let.
The maisonette is creatively designed to maximise the light, and is welcoming, airy and tastefully decorated. The original Victorian features have been retained (fireplaces, wooden floorboards) but it has been furnished with a more contemporary taste. It will suit those wishing to enjoy a peaceful, quiet stay in an excellent location for city breaks, business trips or short courses. Sleeps 4 comfortably but up to 6 max (£20 pppn extra). Totally unsuitable for party animals, sorry!
Daytime off-road parking by arrangement (please note: parking is not always available during office hours so please confirm before booking). Off-road parking always available outside office hours and at weekends.

The West Country region
Exeter is the county capitol of Devon, in the South West of England. It enjoys one of the best climates in Britain. Exeter is a 2000 year old city, founded by the Romans. The award-winning Museum is a great place to visit for both history and art lovers. The 1000 year old cathedral is at the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, cinemas and theatre and live music of all types.
The city is on mainline rail services, direct trains to London (3hrs), Cornwall, the North, Wales and Scotland. It's a very accessible place to use as both a base to visit the local countryside (Dartmoor, Exmoor, The Jurassic Coast) but there's plenty to do on a city break.
Direct trains can also take you to Bristol or Bath (1.5hrs) with its stunning Georgian buildings.
If you are in Exeter to study at one of the language schools, they are within short walking distance from the apartment.
