Enjoy some lovely walks adjoining the land or Dartmoor National Park which is within a short driving distance.
You are ideally positioned for visiting a host of beaches and the seaside town of Dawlish with its shops, pubs, restaurants and coastal boat trips. Historic Exeter, with its cathedral and riverside attractions is a short drive away. Ideally positioned for a wide range of attractions in the area such as Powderham Castle, Crealy Adventure Park, Digger Land, Pennywell Farm, The English Riviera and Dawlish Warren with its renowned nature reserve and sandy beaches to name but a few. For the sports enthusiast there is horse riding 3 miles, golf 4 miles, fishing 0.5 miles and more. Relax in the garden with a BBQ or enjoy a meal at one of the many village pubs, three within walking distance, all serving good food. Farm activities: in the evenings enjoy a guided tour around the farm where you can meet all the farm animals including turkeys, chickens, cows and sheep. Stabling: grazing for horses at an additional cost by arrangement.
