With a series of bridle and footpaths winding past the property, ideal for keen walkers or a general stroll in the summer evenings. There is much to see and explore, as well as being able to enjoy a popular local pub within a 15 minute walk or the award winning gastro pub, Jack in the Green, a short drive. The popular East Devon beaches are a short drive and offer a range of sheltered coves and sandy beaches, with the Jurassic Coast also being a short drive littered with some picturesque towns and villages. The historic regional City of Exeter with its vast array of shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema, theatre and leisure activities is again a short drive from the property and the perfect place to pick up a memento of your stay. With a wealth of local attractions from Crealy Devon, Bicton Park, numerous National Trust properties and gardens and much more, there is something for everyone. In the evenings simply relax, unwind and enjoy a glass of wine with a BBQ on the enclosed patio area,taking in those long lazy Devon evenings.
