Set on the outskirts of the charming rural village of Doddiscombsleigh and off the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. The village benefits from a traditional local pub and 6 miles leads you into the centre of the metropolitan cathedral city of Exeter, that enjoys an eclectic mix of architecture and a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs, perfect for the more discerning visitor. Within easy reach of the A38, which links Exeter to Plymouth and the South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with popular beaches at Torquay, Paignton and Brixham which makes this an ideal base to explore further afield. Stabling: available on site by prior arrangement (please enquire at time of booking).

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 spacious double with en-suite with shower over bath and WC. 1 further spacious double with en-suite bathroom with hand held shower attachment and WC. 1 bedroom with single bed and pull out bed (upon request) with en-suite shower room and WC. On the ground floor, 1 double with en-suite bathroom with hand held shower attachment over bath and WC and bi-folding doors leading to the rear garden area. Lounge: with bi-folding doors and ample seating around the flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Dining room: separate with ample seating and TV. Kitchen: with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Outside: to the front of the property is a private decked area with garden furniture to make the most of the views and an enclosed rear gravelled garden area with seating. Guests are invited to enjoy the owner's grounds. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach 14 miles, shop and pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.
