Situated in one of South Devon's most popular areas, you will be able to stroll and explore the lovely grounds and adjacent woodland or enjoy some delightful country lane walks direct from the property. An ideal position for touring South Devon, there are some lovely beaches less than 4 miles away, as well as the nearby beaches of Teignmouth, Exmouth and Torbay. The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby, as is rugged Dartmoor, a haven for wildlife, wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques, restaurants, theatre, cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by, there are other attractions to suit all tastes including Crealy Devon Adventure Park, Babbacombe Model Village, River Dart Country Park as well as numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio with seating, or visit one of many local family pubs serving good food.

Arranged over two floors the accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 double king sized four-poster bedrooms, both with exposed beams, lovely views, antique furnishings and en-suite bathrooms. One with shower over bath and WC and one with en suite shower room and WC. 1 twin with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge: with amazing views of the countryside and sea beyond, TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi, large natural stone inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Kitchen/diner: large beamed farmhouse style with modern appliances, range cooker, microwave and coffee maker leading onto large dining area. Utility: walk in pantry with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outside: enclosed patio and large private garden. Amenities: winter heating fuel surcharge of £65 per week or pro rata payable direct to the owner if applicable between November to April. Also please note, if heating is required out of this time then the surcharge will apply. Wi-fi included.
