This conversion was finished in March 2013, and was formerly garages and sits well back from the road with off road parking.

This conversion boasts fresh modern bathroom which includes a bath/shower, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and ultra modern underfloor heating.

Lovingly converted to a ground floor granny flat for the in-laws to use when visiting we've decided to rent it out when not in use.

About the Building:

The Chauffeurs' Quarters is by nature compact and cosy; with space, which is at a premium, used to its best advantage.

The Kitchen / Diner features a built in electric hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge freeze, kettle and microwave. Four seater dinning room suite.

The Bedroom:

Features a double bed and two bed side tables.

Please Note: bedroom does not have a window.

The Bathroom:

Features toilet, sink and bath with built in shower

The Living Room

Features a wall mounted TV with built-in DVD player and 2 two seat sofas

There is currently no wi-fi

About Badgers' Hill Country Estate

A Family home which was originally a riding stables, Badgers Hill is set in 35 acres of grassland. The main house has been extended and converted into two residences one of which is on long term let the other the owner and his son live in. The Estate is also home to The Capri Club (Car Club), an art studio and small workshop.

Animals:

Pets are welcome but we ask that you keep them under control. The estate and surrounding area is ideal for dog walking and has been home to dog training in years gone by.

On the Estate there are 3 horses and 2 resident dogs which aren't left to roam the ground unattended.

Why Come To Badgers Hill?

The Estate itself boasts picturesque views over orchards, Bredon Hill and the Malvern Hills, and provides spectacular sunsets. It is within easy travelling distance of a golf course (with fishing lake) (3.3 miles), trout fishing (1.1 miles), coarse fishing on the River Avon at Harvington. Within easy travelling distance of the Lenches which is the heart of the Blossom trail (spring time).

Is also within easy travelling distance of Stratford (17 miles), Worcester (16 miles) and Pershore (10 miles)
