The property is located in the surroundings of Estoril, in a village called S.João do Estoril, on the 14th floor of a well maintained building, with two elevators. It has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from all common areas as well as the bedrooms. Spacious living room area seating 6 with satellite TV, DVD, & Broadband Internet access. There is a balcony for for Al Fresco meals overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Equipped with a fully fitted modern kitchen. Very close to the apartment you can find a local supermarket selling all kinds of groceries and also fresh bread.
There is also an English mini market where you can find that special item you forgot back home! Railway is located 6 minutes walking distance allowing you to travel to Lisbon stress free in roughly 20 minutes. Cascais is about 8 minutes away. Walk along the promenade by the sea and stop for ice cold drinks and a variety of great restaurants. Azarujinha & Poça are the local beaches.

This Apartment welcomes children, however as it is on the 14th Floor, even though it has safety glass cordoning off the balcony, customers wishing to book must be advised that it could be hazardous for children under the age of 5.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking at this property. A Security deposit of €300 will be required when staying at this property. This amount will be fully refunded on your check out subject to satisfactory property inspection. The sum of €50.00 (FIFTY EUROS) may be deducted from the security deposit if the property is found to be left in unsatisfactory or inappropriate state of cleanliness. A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due eight weeks before your stay to secure the booking, the remainder is to be paid upon your arrival in cash. Property not suitable for children under the age of 5.
You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 hours on the Departure date.
Guests arriving at the property between 20.00 hours and 22.00 hours will be liable to pay a check in surcharge of €20 (TWENTY EUROS). Guests arriving at the property after 22.00 hours and up to 0.00 hours will be liable to pay a check in surcharge of €40 (FORTY EUROS). Guests arriving at the property after 0.00 hours and up to 09.00 hours will be liable to pay a check in surcharge of €80 (EIGHTY EUROS).
If your arrival is delayed, you MUST contact the person whose details are given on our booking confirmation so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property.

Chris & Jo July 2009 - Belgium "Amazing view from different rooms and from the balcony. This large apartment is very comfortable, with a modern decoration. Refurbished recently, all rooms are clean and the kitchen equipped with all you need for cooking. Large living room with cable TV & WiFi for your computer. Cleaning lady comes once a week; nothing to do! Superb service. Advisable to have a car. Parking lot provided in basement." 4/5
Jenny Oct 2009 - Holland "Want service?! This is the choice" "Two unforgetable weeks spent in portugal. Amazing people, tasty food and great weather.... This apartment was the cherry on top of the cake. The view is just superb. Extremely well located and you can walk to the beach. Great small details with cakes and tea bags, and even shoe polisher! It is a very neat and organized place. We were a family of 5 and fitted in perfectly. Decoration is very trendy and the house is just brand new. Location is calm but still offers mobility with train station and taxi stop 2 minutes away. 5/5
