Home description

Located in the surroundings of Estoril , more precisely at a village called S.João do Estoril is this apartment inside a condominium with pool and tennis.
The apartment is at a 4th floor with elevators.
It has one spacious living room with 2 sofa beds, small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.
The access to the pool is free.
The access to the tennis has also a very nice price 2 Euros to use it.
The surrounding area is also quiet.
Close to the apartment you also find a coffee store where you can also buy your meals or have your daily breakfast.
The closest supermarket is only 6 minutes walking, the train station is also 6 minutes walking.
You can take the train to Lisbon or to Cascais .
The local beaches are 2: Azarujinha and Poça , both are perfect for families and the sea is very calm.
Along the promenade you can also get into other beaches.
There are also several nice restaurants along the promenade.
At the centre of S.João do Estoril you will also find banks, pharmacies, small stores, supermarkets, and coffee stores.
There are also buses that drive to the biggest shopping centre in the area -CASCAISSHOPPING.
Car is not necessary but if you rent a car there is also a parking area inside the condominium.
Internet is possible with an extra price.
We can also provide a DVD player or a CD player upon request with a small additional price of 1 Euros per day.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

In Portugal the climate is not with very low temperatures in the winter.
But summer can have high temperatures according to the months.
If you choose this apartment there is a lot of interesting places to visit: Escorial, Sinatra, Belem, and old part of Lisbon.
A visit to Belem and you will have a part of the history of Portugal, the discoveries
If you have children the Oceanario at Parque das Nações is very important to visit.
There you can see a big Aquarium with all kind of fishes.
It is also important to take your children to the Zoo.
In Cascais, close to the Marina there is also another park for children where there are swings, and also small animals.

Estoril area

During the Summer Cascais have several fairs: Book fair, sardines fair.
Estoril has the handicraft fair.
Don't forget to take a look at the Marina of Cascais there are also several bars and restaurants.
If you like fishing it is also possible to rent a boat a go for fishing.

Golf is one attraction in the area.
There are several golf courses: Quinta da Marina, Penha Longa, Beloua, and Estoril.

From the airport it is easy to take a taxi if you dont rent a car , or to take a bus from the airport to the main train station in Lisbon .

Conditions

Booking conditions:
50% by bank transfer or PAY PAL and the rest at the arrival date plus a security deposit of 150 euros.
This security deposit is to be returned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the apartment.
Final cleaning of 24 Euros is not included inside the price.
