15-20 mins walk to Sao Pedro Beach, otherwise all others are quite close. The beaches have restaurants open all day and in the evening.

Local restaurants are excellent value for money especially at lunchtimes (especially the fresh fish).
Public transport is cheap and punctual.
There is a bus stop around the corner which will take you to either Parede beach or Sao Pedro do Estoril Beach.
Estoril 4 mins, Cascais is 8 mins by train and Lisbon is 20 mins.

Towels and linen included. Changed weekly, apartment cleaned weekly. Beach towels not included.
