At the terrace you are free to make your own barbecues. Free access to the pool area. At the basement there is parking place for one car.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
Estoril is a small town 30 km far from Lisbon and one km far from Cascais. It is very well known because of the Casino and also the famous beach of Tamariz. In Estoril there is night life because there are several bars open. Estoril was very famous during the 60ies because of the thermal water. That will come again during 2008. There is also the famous Casino where you can also go to enjoy some shows , or have a nice lunch or take a coffee. If you have children there is also the casinos gardens where you can take them and enjoy the time. The main beach is only 2 minutes walking , but there is a promenade where you can walk along the coast till Cascais. There are trains that go to Lisbon every 15 minutes . If you want to visit the neighbour town Sintra there are also several buses that go direct to the centre.
Estoril area
Attractions in the area: Handicraft fair, where you can see the different handicrefts conected to the several provinces of Portugal. At the same time you can enjoy the Portuguese food at the several restaurants. If you like the night life, there are several bars at the main beach of Estoril called Tamariz beach. If you like surfing there are 2 famous beaches : Carcavelos and Guincho beach. During the Summer there is also a sightseeing bus that drives you from Estoril to Cascais area , also to cabo da Roca, the most occidental point in Europe. Every Summer there is also the book fair in Cascais where you can buy all kind of books with a good price. During June we also have several holidays :Saint Anthony day at this day we usually eat grilled sardines.
How to get there
By car is only 20 minutes driving from the airport. Take the A5. Then it is very easy . It is close to the Estoril Casino

Conditions
For the reservation we ask for 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival date. We also ask at the arrival date for a damage deposit of 250 euros. This damage deposit is returned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the apartment.
