A Clareira is a lovely and typical Portuguese home, nestled amongst pine trees and luscious gardens, in a quiet and privileged environment on the border of the Estoril Golf course.
This lovely house has 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 social loo, a large kitchen, a large lounge with fire place and a separate dining room. The lounge and dining room both open with French doors onto the garden and pool area.

This exclusive place is very easily accessible from all amenities. There is a large shopping centre and other Small local delicatessen less than 5 min drive from the property. The train station to Lisbon is also just a few minutes drive and the junction of the A5 (motorway going to Lisbon) is just 2 min by car.

Estoril beaches are just 3 min drive away and the stunning Guincho beach about 6min drive.
This is the perfect place for whom wants a quiet and relaxing environment, yet minutes from stunning beaches and just 20min drive from the bustling city of Lisbon !

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Lisbon coast is an amazing region, worthwhile discovering and coming back to! In this unique part of the world, you will find enough activities to keep you busy for many months! Be it culture, nature, sports, gastronomy, shopping or night life, this unique place will leave you with many special memories.

The very privileged weather enables one to enjoy every month of the year. From May to the end of September, you can enjoy a warm weather and many beautiful days on the stunning sandy beaches, mid-season and winter is perfect for golf (there are 10 of them within easy reach of the house) as well as for whom want to enjoy a more "real Portugal" with all the local and international culture the region has to offer.

In 2012, Lisbon was the 8th destination for business tourism in the world, due to its great hospitality, its high standard of gastronomy and its very fortunate weather and temperature.
For those who prefer calm and quiet, there are plenty of beautiful spots, be it on the stunning, unspoiled beaches, in the Cascais-Sintra natural park or just walking along the amazing coast line.

The Estoril area

Estoril is right in the middle of the "Cascais-Sintra-Lisbon triangle".

Estoril is famous for his Casino and his Fomula 1 racing track. Cascais was once a fishing village, it has now become a small town with a wide choice of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. There is still the small fishing port as well as a newly built marina.Sintra has got a wide range of cultural and historical interest and in Lisbon, you will find everything a capital can offer. One of the local attraction is the regular markets displayed in the area and, in the summer, Cascais, Estoril and Sintra propose music, handy craft and dance festivals.

Guincho Beach, only a few minutes drive away, you'll find a couple of bars, one of which often does good evening animations. Along the coast road which runs from Guincho to Cascais you will encounter a large choice of seafood and fish restaurants.

Sports: Many sports can be enjoyed within easy reach of the house. First, you can walk straight out of the door and enjoy playing golf, at Estoril golf course. Four other golf courses are only about 10 minutes away; another 14 are situated within an hours drive.
Guincho beach is one of the most famous in Europe for surfing and wind-surfing. You can also do sailing, water-skiing, diving and, of course, swimming.
In the Sintra Mountain, there are many tracks where you can enjoy beautiful walks or mountain-biking.

We can organise surfing, body-boarding and other activities with transport directly from the house to beaches with the best waves and away from the crowds. Or you might prefer a personalised cultural tour.

Yoga can also be organised at the house.

Golf:
There are 19 golf courses within an hours drive, the closest being Estoril, site of the Portuguese Open, Quinta da Beloura, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta do Peru, and Penha Longa site of the European Championship (all at approximately 10 min drive from the house). Another 14 golf courses are within an hours drive. Green fees are usually less expensive and courses are less crowded than in the Algarve. Visitors with club handicap are welcome everywhere.
