The apartment benefits from two lounges at different levels both have very comfortable sitting area and TV, allowing individuals to have a choice. Main Lounge /dining area is linked with a large terrace with additional tables and chairs thus allowing 'al fresco' dining with a bonus of stunning panoramic views day or night.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher. 2 satellite TVs (one in each lounge), CD and DVD player. Fully air conditioned (hot and cold), open fireplace , and a safe installed.
This first floor apartment offers 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 twin bed, I single), 2 modern bathrooms with showers, lounge/dining with terrace, mezzanine lounge all with stunning views. Rooms are provided with both hot and cold air conditioning, fresh linen and bath towels. Large floor to ground windows overlooking breath taking views of the sea from your bed and lush gardens.

Boats are available for hire in town and at the port.
Charingito( Beach Cafe) on the beach serves breakfast, lunch and early suppers, drinks and ice creams too. Sun Bed can be hired.
Smoking is strictly not permitted within the apartment and pets are not allowed.
We will ask for a security deposit of £200 which will be returned at the end of your stay after an inventory check.
Our dates are sometimes flexible and if you need to arrive on a particular day please contact us to see if this is possible.
We ask for a non refundable 25% deposit to secure a booking which of course will be deducted from the final bill.
The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol region of Spain offers approximately 300 days of sunshine per year and a very mild winter climate making it an ideal year round destination. Malaga is the capital of the province and the old part of the town is well worth a visit.
Marbella is often overlooked by visitors yet the old town around Orange square is a fantastic place to enjoy a drink and tapas. The cosmopolitan Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes away by car and is a must for those who enjoy people watching or catching up on the latest styles in the designer shops.
For those wishing to explore further afield Gibraltar is only 35 minutes from the apartment and offers some excellent duty free shopping. Ronda is approximately 45 minutes away in the mountains and is a beautiful and scenic Spanish town. Seville is approximately 2 hours drive.
Golf is a major pastime on the Costa Del Sol and the mild climate makes it ideal to play all year round. There are around 70 Golf Courses to choose from.
In the winter months the ski resort of Sierra Nevada offers an excellent contrast to the sunshine of the coast and is only 2 hours drive from Estepona.
The Estepona / New Golden Mile, Bel Air area
Estepona is a typical Spanish town and offers a beautiful tree lined prominade and excellent harbour which hosts a market every Sunday morning. There are many tapas bars in the town and some excellent restaurants along the sea front.
The apartment is only approximately 7 minutes drive from the centre of Estepona and the historic old town.
Estepona has a beautiful clean beach and lovely promenade to enjoy lazy walks.

The condo was well kept and the views are incredible. The TVs and radio did not work and the power kept shutting off. Do not let this stop you from booking. Great place to stay, the kitchen is well stocked and clean.The balcony was a lovely spot to relax and take in the views.
There was an area power serge during this period hence put all TV's and Radio out of sync and needed to be tuned in again as soon as the power came back on in the area. My managing agent was not contacted during the stay otherwise the problem would have been rectified immediately.
