The finca has a large lounge with views to the lake, large fully fitted kitchen and 7 bedrooms providing beds for 14 people. There are two wings to the house separated by a patio area providing very flexible accommodation for 2 or more families or groups.

The exterior of this property is very attractive with a long sweeping drive leading to a large parking area and a double garage. The pool and patio areas are very private with a BBQ and with plenty of space to enjoy outdoor living to it's utmost taking in the very unique lakeside views. The garden is 4.5 acres with enough room for practising your golf swing or playing any type of sport.

A 25% Deposit is payable within one week for booking reservation. The balance being payable prior to arrival.

A Breakage/Damage deposit of £250 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure after inspection of the property.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol and in particular the area between Marbella and Estepona has it's own micro climate, sheltered by mountains and the coastline pulling slightly inland forming a long cove, creating all year round good weather and temperatures. The area has access to many features, such as The Rock of Gibraltar and on a clear day, the Atlas mountains of North Africa can be seen.

A short boat trip can take you to Morocco, a 2 hour drive can provide skiing or the famous "Alhambra Palace" in Granada. Closer to home are the ancient towns of Ronda and other "white" villages. The beaches, the promenades, the food, the nightlife, the shopping the sea and much more provides an area which has proved popular with tourists and people wanting to retire to a better way of life for many many years.

Estepona

Puerto Banus is the world famous Marina where yachts of the rich and famous are moored. With all the bars restaurants and nightlife imaginable. In recent years a thriving shopping and entertainment centre has been constructed with a cinema and a huge "El Cortes Ingles" along with many famous brand name outlets. There is a fabulous beach area, all types of water sports, yacht charter, fishing and sightseeing, and all this is just a 7 minute drive from El Paraiso. However, the areas around El Paraiso which are only minutes away also have lots of top class restaurants and bars, supermarkets, banks, and access to several beach areas.

The town of Marbella is only a few kilometres away for even more shopping, promenades and beaches and Estepona with it's fabulous beach and promenade, port and shops is also just a 10 minute drive away. The Rock of Gibraltar is about 40 minutes drive for even more duty free shopping.
