Fantastic location, two bedroom air-conditioned & heated first floor apartment with furnished sun roof is located at the El Paraiso Country Club with pool and restaurant and well maintained mature gardens. Easy 5 mins walking to all amenities and ten mins. walk to local beach. The apartment is tastefully furnished with many extras as it is the owners Spanish home. With satellite Flat screen TV's (UK Stations) DVD, CD & music/radio etc. The comfortable relaxing lounge opens out onto the private furnished balcony where you can enjoy dining al fresco. This apartment benefits from its location, as it is with the grounds El Paraiso Country Club, with a fine restaurant and facilities.
All linen & towels are provided for your use during your stay. there is also an English managing agent who takes care of the apartment and is available in case of an unexpected problem. The apartment benefits from a sun roof, with fantastic views of the Mediterranean sea towards Gibraltar and surrounding area.

The apartment is located at El Paraiso Patio Alcornocal 5- 10 mins walking to all amenites and only 10 - 15 mins walking to the local beach. at Benamara Gardens, or Costalita del Sol.
Set in mature gardens at the El Paraiso Country Club this apartment offer a splendid lifestyle and level of comfort with it large sun deck furnished with sunbeds.
The gardens are laid to lawns with manicured borders of tropical flowers.
The Country Club / pool and retaurant has recently changed ownership,, now offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Acess to the pool is free to clients staying at an owner's apartment, although there is a charge of 5 euros for the use of the sunbeds, however the owners apartment has a sunroof furnished with sunbeds for your use,a nd also a very nice terrace for alfreco dining.
Tennis courts in the area., Bowling green, Golf and Petanka, water sports also.

The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availability, due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also take a security deposit bond which is held and refunded in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys within 7 days after your holiday. Once we received your keys back ( no damage in the property) usually we will return the security bond. within 7-14 days following receipt. We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times if needed.

We will accept long term rental of up to 4 weeks during the Medium and Low season if the apartment is free and not in use by the owner's. and family members.

Fantasic destination the Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.
Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre
The Estepona / El Paraiso, Estepona area
El Paraiso Patio Alcornocal located between San Pedro & Estepona is one of the nicest areas to choose for a holiday. The area offer a great holiday destination, with fantasic beaches,good night life and all the magic of a Spanish destination. There are mature tropical gardens,and still natural beaches with wild flowers in the conservation areas, the views are spectactular and the wite villages still hold on to the charm of old Spain.
There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous.
Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.
Local markets happen every day in one location or another detils of these can often be found in the apartment or in the local press. ( english newspaper Sur)

Budget airlines operate to Malaga daily from all European destinations. I can arrange discounted CAR HIRE for you,or private transfers to and from the apartment. If you prefer, there is also a direct Airport coach service from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus, station where you can take a local bus or take a short taxi for the short journey to the apartments.
Airlines fly into Gibraltar from many UK destinations, and I can arrange discounted Car Hire for you, or private trnasfer to the apartment. There is also the local bus from La LInea Bus Station (ten minute walk from Gibraltar Airport) to Estepona, and then a local bus to the apartments

We have just come back from staying at this lovely apartment for a week. It is stunning, clean and in such a lovely area. The people around are friendly and many restaurants and places to eat in less than a 5 min walk away! Tim and Yvonne were amazing, any questions we had before we went away they answered and were only a quick email or phone call away. Even when we was in Estepona i email Tim and he replied so quickly offering adive, you couldnt as more from 2 people who really helped make our holiday very special. We have a young daughter who is 9 and she enjoyed the apartment too as well as the local area! We will be using again! Thank you for everything! Liz Martin |

the 85% balance of the rental Payments are to be made in full 10 weeks before the first day of the stay. by cheque, by bank transfer, or by PayPal.
Late bookings must paid be by a bank transfer or credit card using PayPal,as cleared funds are required before any keys are released.
We also require the Security/ Breakage and Damage bond to be paid with the balance of the rental by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal. The secuiry bond is refunded as per the booking contract.
