Further details indoors

This apartment is not available all year as it is the owners private home and is furnished as such, with beautiful furniture and fittings which reflect the quality of the apt, with the marblel stairs to the upstairs terrace it is not suitable for young children, but its superb location makes it the perfect destination for the discerning visitor who appreciate the quality, the spanish family feel of estepona and its port without the brash of porto banus, we have over 25 golf courses within 25mins(my idea of heaven)the wonderful gardens of alcazaba beach leading down to the sea are perfect for relaxing on a sunbed with a good book, perhaps a little glass of wine and while away the day, watching the ships go by

Further details outdoors

Alcazaba beach is known internationaly as one of the best resorts on the costa del sol, many of the international owners have been here many years and many celebrities escape here for the beauty and peace, with the manicured gardens, lovely pools, tennis, and shops including carrefour hypermarket, restaurants, etc within walking distance, the bus stop is only a short walk and you can catch a bus to marbella, porto banus or gibraltar

Further details

This is a quality property and renters are advised to take out insurance as any damage will be charged to your credit card, guests are asked to be considerate not sitting on the sofas when wet or with suntan oil, and the marble floors and stairs can be slippy when wet.

The Andalucia region

The costa del sol needs no introduction to those of you seeking the sun, great golf, history and sorry chaps great shopping, pretty well an all year climate, the apt is close to the sea so on the top terrace you enjoy not only the wonderful view but the breeze that comes from the sea and the atlantic..not so far away just the other side of gibraltar,an amazing amount of things to see and do, visit historical gibraltar and ,ronda sample the sherry in,jerez, visit tariffa to watch the wind kiters, cadiz and the battle of trafalger all within an hour and a half of estepona, which in itself has the old town and port, lovely restaurants and churches, as does the more glamourous marbella just 20km away

From alcazaba beach you can walk past the kempinski hotel on the beach to laguna village with its designer shops, international bars and restaurants, not forgetting crusoes chiringuito,in the other direction towards estepona you have a carrefour hypermarket 1km away ,numerous cafes bars restaurants on the beach and promenade, the spanish are very keen on their constitutional walk up and down the prom, there allways seem to be festivals, for easter ,the fishermen when they bring the madonna into the sea to bless the boats, the farmers, and the ferria or fair as we call it, they have more bank holidays than us and its lovely to see the families all down by the sea, with costumes, bands and not forgetting the paella

"Faultless apartment and location, 5 star luxury"

We holidayed in Casa Garcia in August 2013, the apartment is superbly equipped with luxurious fittings. Situated around 2Km from estepona port and only 100mtrs from the beach on a quiet complex with m… More

We took a trip to Casa Garsia in February half term - my husband and I, and the kids. It is the nicest place we've ever stayed as a family. The penthouse itself is 5* luxury - the bathrooms and kitchen have a top class finish and the lounge area is chic and comfortable. For us though, the highlight is the roof terrace - with beautiful sea views, stunning sunsets and a fab view of Gibraltar. My husband and I cook on the terrace, eat with the kids, and then remain up there with a bottle of wine until after dark while the kids watch TV or amuse themselves on the Internet. We're not ones for 'holiday entertainment' so this suits us perfectly.

There are seven (perhaps more?) great swimming pools on the site and each has plenty of loungers and places to sunbathe. The grounds are exceptional - a team of gardeners are constantly tending to keep the place immaculate and pretty. During the day my husband plays golf (which he booked online when he got there) and I stayed around the pool with the children. There are no screaming kids and no boozy Brits to annoy you.

In summary, if you are looking for a sophisticated place to stay on the Costa del Sol, this is it. Enjoy!
