The apartment is set in beautiful sub tropical gardens with ornamental pools and fountains. The complex has 5 pools. The main pool has a separate toddlers area, well maintained toilets and lifeguards present during the Summer months. Sun loungers are provided at all pools.

With the beach close by and numerous golf courses within a 10-15 minute drive this apartment is perfect for those looking to play a few rounds of golf or just to relax on the beach or pool. Estepona and Marbella are a short drive away for all the shopping and night-life requirements.

The Costa del Sol region

Marbella's 'micro-climate' enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean climate all year round, with bright sunny days for the greater part of the year. The combination of mountainous peaks of the Sierra Blanca terrain together with the coastline ensures a very mild winter with an average maximum temperature of 22.8º C and a minimum of 13º C.

Summers are dry and hot and can reach temperatures that go well into the 30's. Fortunately due to low humidity, the heat is comfortable and not sticky or overbearing.

The main attractions not to be missed are Funny Beach, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, Mijas and Torremolinos Aquaparks and Tivoli World Amusement Park. Gibraltar is 45 minsby car, Malaga 45 mins, Ronda 60 mins and Mijas 35 mins.

The Estepona / Costalita area

Located on the western Costa del Sol Estepona offers the visitor a great climate, some good beaches and many activities such as golf, water skiing, par ascending, sub-aqua diving, tennis, squash, cycling, hunting and fishing. The sports marina harbours yachts and power boats.

One of the biggest fiestas is the annual Feria that takes place in July. The event lasts a whole week and consists of a day fair and a night fair. Both fairs give way to the rhythm of 'Malaqueñas', rumbas and popular Spanish music. The whole of the village bursts into colour and passion.

At midday the bars fill to capacity when all manner of Andalusian cuisine can be sampled including the well known paella which is traditionally eaten in the streets. The day fair continues until seven in the evening when everyone rests in preparation for the night fair.

The city is illuminated at night with thousands of light bulbs and the meeting points change from the bars to the outdoor pavilions and the fairground rides. A children's paradise emerges from the darkness with rides of every description. The smell of candyfloss mingles with that of cooked octopus and music emits from every street. Estepona's annual fair is repeated on the grand scale every year and never fails to attract thousands of visitors and satisfies each and every one of them.

Málaga Airport, 29004 Malaga, Spain

Follow the signs out of the airport for Malaga/Algerciras.

After the roundabout. Stay in the right hand lane with the San Miguel Factory to your right. The road forks to the right to connect down to the main road (don’t go over the bridge!).
You will pass IKEA on your left hand side, shortly after this you will need to take an exit ramp marked E-15/A-7 Benalmádena/Algeciras. (Shortly after the Mini garage you will see on your right.)
Stay on this road for about 10 minutes. You will then begin to see signs for E-15/A-7 and E-15/A-7P. This is where the road splits you can either take the coast road or the toll road (quicker). Either will take you to where you want to go so it doesn’t matter which one you take.
If you take the coast road E-15/A-7 continue on this road passing exits for Fuengirola, La Cala, Calahonda, Elviria and Marbella until you get to La Cañada Shopping Centre after about 40 minutes.
If you take the toll road after about 10 minutes you will get to the toll booth (the toll is about 5€). Continue on this road until it rejoins the coast road at La Cañada Shopping Centre.
Continue on this road. After about 5 minutes the road splits again. You need to stay in the right hand lane and follow the road into the tunnel to merge onto A-7/Autovía del Mediterráneo toward San Pedro de Alcantara/Estepona/Algeciras

Stay on this road through San Pedro direction Estepona. You will pass exits for Puerto Banus and Nueva Andalucia before you reach the road works which will take you around San Pedro.
After you rejoin the main road you need to will pass the exit marked Benahavis. You need to take the next exit marked Cancelada. Turn left at the road about over the road and rejoin the road going in the opposite direction. Take the slip road exit after the Crown Plaza Hotel and turn right at the road about.
