Set in the private and peaceful Vista Golf complex with its lovely gardens and relaxing pool area the apartment
has been finished to the highest standards, combining the best of both modern and traditional Andalucian furnishings.

With its own car parking, you are only a few steps away from the apartment - with the tasteful interior and stunning uninterrupted balcony views of the Med. This is a fantastic location for golfers with an abundance of excellent golf courses in the area.

The Costa del Sol region

Protected by mountains, the area has a very warm climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year.
This area is also known as the Costa del Golf, in addition to our local La Resina golf course there are many other top class courses nearby.
The apartment is ideally situated in the Selwo Hills away from the bustle of the nearby towns, but with easy access to Estepona, Puerto Banus, Marbella San Pedro and Gibraltar which is less than an hours drive away.
There is an amazing choice of lovely beaches all along the coast, many only a few minutes drive from the apartment.

For those wanting to experience the real flavour of the Andalucia region there are the famous white villages of Cesares, Ronda etc and Benhavis well known for it's restaurants, all in the hillside area of the apartment and well worth a visit.

The Estepona / Los Altos De Lunymar area

The apartment is located at the very centre of so much choice, the local beaches, all within a few minutes drive are splendid and well equipped with beach bars and all the facilities necessary to make your day on the beach enjoyable.

Markets and Spanish festivals abound with Marbella and Puerto Banus offering all the temptations possible for the serious shopper.

For a totally different experience you must visit Estepona with it's blue-flag beach and stunning promenade.
The town has retained its pueblo charm with its narrow, picture postcard streets and good selection of shops, bars, banks and restaurants. The Marina (which has a Sunday market) also has an excellent choice of bars and restaurants.

Then there is always the local Selwo Wildlife Park itself, just a few minutes from the apartment where you can get to see all sorts of wild animals really up-close and living free to roam in the huge wilderness park covering a million square metres.
