There is a large dining room /lounge splendid finishings and patio doors opening on to a cosy balcony with dining furniture. The apartment is within secure surroundings with a gated security and underground parking space. Just a stones throw from the entrace is the walkway taking you onto the local beach.
There is also the Marriott Hotel and the local shops and restaurants of Diana shopping centre within 5 minutes drive from the apartment and on to Guadalmina shops and restaurants.
The location enables the famous port of Puerto Banus to be reached in just 15 minutes by car, yet is quiet and relaxing. Glamorous and famous Marbella is only 15 minutes drive as are many well known beaches along the Golden Mile.
Puerto Banus and Marbella can be reached by local bus, or by car in about 10-15 mins.
This apartment is ideal for the family holiday.

The interior of this apartment is tastedully furnished thoughout and offer spacious suroudings for the family. Fully fitted kitchen and utility room. Large Lounge dinnig area with patio doors opening onto the furnished cosy balcony. which overlooks the gardens and pool.

The garden and pools are well kept with cascading waterfalls and neatly kept lawns. there is also a fitness room, and jacuzzi pool.
The location to the beach is fantasic as its just outside of the entrance gates.

The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availabilty due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also take a £200 security deposit bond which is held in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond.
Payments are, by cheque (if time allows) bank transfer and last minute payments are by PAYPAL.
Late payment transfers will incure extra charges.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras. Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures in our apartment.
The Estepona / Benamara area
Hacienda de Sol complex is located between San Pedro and Estepona and offers a great holiday destination. It has all the shops and restaurants with in 15 minute walk of this delightful 3bed air-cond apartment.The local beaches are just a short walk of 3-5 mins from the apartment, where you will find a beach bar restaurant and also the beach bar and restuarant of the Marroitt Club resort. There are sun beds for hire and also it being a public beach you can enjoy your own area, The beaches are sandy, and good for a walk and paddle in the water. Walks along the beach lead to more beach bars and restaurants, discover something different every day.
