There are 2 large terraces either side of the kitchen and bedroom 2. Upstairs there is the impressive roof terrace complete with comfortable seating area, tropical plants and BBQ.
There is secure underground parking with a lift up to the apartment.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will show you around the apartment and generally provide any information you may require.
Additional services can be provided upon request such as, travel cot hire, high chair hire, additional bed hire, welcome packs, maid service cleaning
Conditions
In order to secure your reservation, we take a non refundable 25% deposit. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made via bank transfer to a Spanish account or via credit card.
Upon arrival a 300€ breakages deposit will be taken on a credit card. This is refunded within one week of departure upon a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Office hours for our representative are 10am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and arrivals outside these hours incur a meet & greet charge of 69.60€
