About the home

On entering this fabulous apartment you will immediately be hit with the quality of the finish throughout. A mixture of spotlights and beautiful ceiling lights ensure the general ambience of luxury. The kitchen has been fully fitted with everything that you would require whilst on holiday, be it to rustle up a simple snack or to prepare a three course dinner.

The dining area has a four seater dining room table for those nights you wish to dine in. This leads to the open plan lounge area where the large corner sofa will comfortably seat all of you should you wish to relax and stay in and watch a DVD. The lounge leads out onto the terrace that overlooks the pool and sea, and should you choose to dine outside then an outside dining table has also been provided.

The Costa del Sol offers everything you could wish for from a holiday. It has 300 days of sunshine, over 60 magnificent golf courses, water parks, designer & high street shopping, boat trips & water sports, fishing, Zoo & safari parks, beautiful beaches etc. You can even go Skiing in Sierra Nevada if you tire of the sun. You can visit Malaga city which offers historical buildings, art museums e.g. the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, cathedrals, bull rings and even a bull fight! Ronda & Nerja are also two villages close by if you fancy taking a day trip. There are weekly markets in most areas ask for details.

The Estepona / Guadalmansa Playa area

Guadalmansa Playa is situated just past Cancelada heading towards Estepona, this apartment is in easy access of Puerto Banus and Marbella which are just 10 minutes drive away where you can dine in the many restaurants the area hosts. San Pedro is also a mere 5 minutes drive away and the beautiful inland town of Ronda can be easily reached. Estepona is only 10 minutes drive heading the other way and Gibraltar for some duty free shopping is only 30 minutes away. There are shops, bars and restaurants close.

Guadalmansa Playa is a luxury complex situated on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with magnificent views across the Mediterranean. For those who are looking for peace and tranquillity, this is an ideal location. The communal areas consist of gardens, fabulous swimming pool as well as a full gym with sauna and showers.
