This penthouse apartment has a light and spacious lounge, with a dining area for six, leading to a good sized south facing terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. But even better for al fresco dining, and general chilling, is the massive private sun roof enjoying both sea and mountain views, with a dining area and sun loungers The terrace and sun roof overlook 1of the 2 communal swimming pools which are set in large mature gardens. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, with no busy roads to cross. There are supermarkets a10 min walk or a short drive away. The apartment has wifi and internet TV with all the major UK channels. Air - conditioning with heating is available throughout.

The fitted kitchen is new and well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. There are two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both with over bath showers. The main bedroom has the bathroom en suite and can be configured either as a double or a twin. It has ample storage space with fitted wardrobes and drawers. The second bedroom is a twin and also has fitted wardrobes and drawers. On request, we can provide a welcome pack and transport to and from the airport.

Thank you for your kind words regarding the apartment and it’s situation . We are truly sorry that you did not enjoy your visit. I did contact the management company and unfortunately nothing could be done . Contacting the police in their opinion would have no result , as they would only act if they had multiple complaints over a period of time I think these were exceptional circumstances . We have had 3 different guests staying since then and no one has mentioned the barking. We can only apologise for what appears to be an exceptional circumstance over which we had no control .

This apartment was lovely. Home from home. Very clean and comfortable. Pool good. Roof top terrace great.Local bars/restaurants to visit.Plenty of places to visit either by local bus, ferry or taxi.

Why can't I call Philip and Jenifer (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Philip and Jenifer (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philip and Jenifer (the owner) a message.

If Philip and Jenifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
