About the home

The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with 2 spacious bedrooms, large living and dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. There are marble floors, 2 bathrooms and separate utility room.

The apartment has a large covered private terrace and its own garden with a gate leading into the landscaped communal gardens. There is a gated pool area and children's play area.

Mirador de Costalita is a small development offering peace and tranquillity with the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol just a short drive away.

The master bedroom as a dressing area and en suite marbled bathroom with walk-in shower & bath . The second bedroom has twin beds and a 2nd bathroom with bath and shower.
The master bedroom and living room lead directly onto the terrace area and garden.

The gated pool has a lifeguard and there is a small children's play area. The development is securely gated with access via entry phone.
The private garden is well maintained and gated.

Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival upon request, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), additional bed hire, car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.

Conditions

A non refundable deposit 25% deposit is taken to secure your booking with the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer to Spain with a credit card.

A 300 euros breakages/security deposit is taken on a credit card upon arrival and refunded with 1 week of your departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

A representative will meet you upon arrival to show you around. Office hours for our representative are Monday to Saturday 10am -8pm and arrivals outside these hours incur and meet & greet charge of 69.60 euros.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol remains one of the most popular areas for travellers deu to its Mediterranean climate and Spanish charm.

There is something for everyone from the historical towns of Sevilla, Malaga, Granada, Gibraltar and Ronda to the cosmopolitan towns of Marbella & Puerto Banus. There is no shortage of entertainment for children from the miles of beaches to the Zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums and aquaparks.

There are hundreds of restaurants to choose from where you can sample the local tapas or dine in style in one of the many exclusive international restaurants.

The Estepona / Estepona/Cancelada area

Although a car is recommended the beach at Costalita is a 10 minute walk away with its small selection of 'chirunguito' beach bars. Also within walking distance is the Belair Tennis Club, the fabulous Selenza Hotel housing an exclusive spa and a supermarket and selection of restaurants.

The typically Spanish village of Cancelada is a leisurely 10 minute stroll away where you can dine in the Spanish restaurants or sample the local tapas.

The town of Estepona is a 10 minute drive where you can stroll along the wide stretch of sandy beach or explore the tiny streets of the busy town. At the far end of the town is the small port which is awash with restaurants and has its own Sunday Market.

The world famous Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive to the east where you can admire the boats harboured it its marina or enjoy the exciting nightlife and exclusive boutiques.

Marbella is just beyond Puerto Banus where you can stroll around its new chic marina or meander around the cobbled streets of its Old Town and Orange Square.
