Park Beach is a quiet hidden paradise set in beautiful sub-tropical gardens extending to the sea. Along the beach there are a number of beach restaurants and bars and water sports in the Summer months. In nearby Cancelada (5 minutes walk) there are some excellent restaurants and bodegas. Supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants are convenient. Within easy reach is charming Benhavis set in the mountains well known for its restaurants, the stylish Puerto Banus and fashionable Marbella and the beautiful beaches and unspoilt town of Estepona.
A golfer’s paradise with many well known golf courses nearby with tennis, horse riding, spas, water sports, fishing, walking and cycling all within easy reach.

B. Clients should ensure that they have their own travel, accident and injury insurance to cover such eventualities.
C. Clients will be responsibile for any breakages or damage to the property by themselves, members of their family and visiting friends.

The Costa del Sol region


Costa del Sol is on the most southerly tip of Europe, within a half-hour ferry trip to Morocco, and enjoys the best climate in Europe, being sub tropical with in excess of 300 days sunshine. The coastline has beautiful sandy beaches and the mountains rise quickly and hold many hidden treasures including the quaint Spanish ‘white villages’, citrus groves and unspoilt rugged terrain.
Within drivable distance there are the historic cities of Malaga, Granada, Cadiz, Saville and Cordoba and Europe’s most southerly ski resort in the Sierra Nevada.
The Estepona / Park Beach area
Park Beach lies in the centre of the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Estepona, also known as Costa del Golf because of the numerous, and many famous, golf courses within easy reach.
Local villages and towns include, Cancelada (5 minutes walk), Benahavis (a must for an evening out), San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Estepona and Rhonda.
All amenities are close by and there are things to do to suit all ages.
