The villa is located within easy travelling distance of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona whether by bus or car. Local coach tour companies run trips to Granada, Jerez, Seville and Gibraltar each week which are extremely good value.

Conditions
A 25% Deposit is payable within one week for booking reservation. The balance being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A Breakage/Damage deposit of £250 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure after inspection of the property.
A maid can attend the property if required at a cost of 12 euros per hour.
The Costa del Sol region
Set against the backdrop of the Sierra Blanco and Nieves,this area has the very best climate in Europe. The beautiful White Villages of Andalucia are all within easy driving distance.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are close by for those who enjoy a sophisticated night out. Whilst for the sport minded there are numerous golf courses of different characters. If you enjoy walking in the hills, a trip to the Refugio Juanar above Marbella will provide you with walks in outstanding natural beauty.
Festivals in the local towns and villages take place throughout the summer months and are well worth experiencing.
The Estepona / El Pilar de Benavista area
El Pilar and Benavista have lots to offer in the way of Bars, restaurants and Shops. The local village of Benahavis is known locally as the restaurant village and is well worth a visit. Cancelada has a small market every Friday morning for the freshest of fruit and veg, and of course the world famous Puerto Banus is just a 10 minute drive away.
Estepona holds a market on the port every Sunday morning with good value leather goods and handmade jewellery etc. Estepona also has a fabulous beach tailored to the family.
