This lovely villa set in its own grounds with a private heated pool, lovely gardens and large terrace ideal for Family Groups, Tennis and Golfing parties. The Bel Air Tennis Club is 100 metres away and has a thriving membership which welcomes non members. It has wonderful coaching facilities for both adults and children. Mix In and tournaments which are open to all. Equally there are several quality golf course nearby.
The property is situated on the edge of a peaceful residential area a 5 minute drive to the beach and less to local amenities. Puerto Banus is just a 10 minute drive away and San Pedro, Cancelada and Estepona markets are great places for fresh fruit, vegetables and bargain hunting. There is a great selection of restaurants to choose from and children's entertainment is nearby so, everyone is catered for.

Ample secure parking at the front is screened with mature shrubs and trees.At the rear is a large level mature garden with a heated swimming pool. A large terrace,with dining furniture and barbecue provides sun or shade and is ideal for all members of the family .
Conditions
A 25% Deposit is payable within one week for booking reservation. The balance being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A Breakage/Damage deposit of £250 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure after inspection of the property.
A maid can attend the property if required at a cost of 12 euros per hour.
The Costa del Sol region
Set against the backdrop of the Sierra Blanco and Nieves,this area has the very best climate in Europe. The beautiful White Villages of Andalucia are all within easy driving distance. The historical Rock of Gibraltar is just a 40 min easy drive away where you can obtain your duty free. Local tour companies provide excellent value trips to Granada, Seville and Jerez.
The Estepona / El Paraiso, Estepona area
Marbella and Puerto Banus are close by for those who enjoy a sophisticated night out. Whilst for the sport minded there are numerous golf courses of different characters. If you enjoy walking in the hills, a trip to the Refugio Juanar above Marbella will provide you with walks in outstanding natural beauty.
Festivals in the local towns and villages take place throughout the summer months and are well worth experiencing.
