The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
This Area is famous for its sunshine, shopping, fantastic beaches and good nightlife. Numerous exciting day trip options are available and there are some excellent restaurants to choose from. If golf's your thing, there is golf course less then 10 minutes walk away and many more excellent courses within driving distance.
Puerto Banus, with it's designer shops, white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, clubs and vibrant crowd is just a 15min drive away!
There are also a number of water parks in the Area for family fun - Selwo Safari Park is just a 10min drive away.
Estepona area
Estepona is a large traditional Spanish town with a beautiful harbour wihere you can sit and enjoy looking at the boats whilst having a meal in one of the numerous restaurants which offer very good value for money. It has good shopping including a weekly market, and a long new promenade next to the beach. There are lots of events in Estepona including monster truck shows, fairs etc

Easy jet and BMI Baby offer very reasonable flights and numerous car hire companies are available (book online) for pickup from Malaga airport.
