This modern and well appointed 2 bedroom air-cond. ( hot/cold) first floor apartment with a Sunny Balcony overlooking the tropical gardens/ pool offers a great destination for a family holidays or couples wanted an escape,.Suitable for bowlers, tennis and golfers. Easy parking, also a good local bus service up and down the coast between Estepona, San Padro Puerto Banus and Marlbella operates about every 20-25 minutes. So although a car is useful you can get around without one.

The apartment sleeps 4, although we can provide a cot for a baby, or an extra bed for a small child on request. Excellent location as a car not needed, bright holiday home for a great family holiday,situated next to the Benavista Bowls Club, and Los Arcos with a family friendly play area for the children.Just over the footbridge to a large selection of more restaurants beach bars and the local beaches.

Local to Estepona, Marbella Puerto Banus and San Pedro all offering lovely suroundings and beaches and many bars restaurants and things to do for children.

The apartment is comfortably furnished to a modern standard, and is suitable for all ages groups and children to enjoy its facilities. This first floor apartment offers great views and the area is completely level for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with car parking it offers a great holiday base for visiting the local area. The apartment is within easy walking of the El Paraiso Country Club & Restaurant. and the local shopping centre of Benavista. The local beaches are just a 5 - 10 minute walk across the footbride and the Costalita Beach offfers sunbeds and cafes beach bars and walks along the pasao.

The lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny balcony which is also furnished with dining table & chairs. The Sunny balcony enjoys more of the evening sun and looks over the pool and gardens.

The master bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony.built in wardrobes ample storage, The apartment is in a great location for the family holiday.

The Guest bedroom has a double bed and its Juliet balcony.The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with many extras. The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities

The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availability due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a 15% deposit is required by return and the 85% balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.

We also take a £200 security deposit bond in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond.

We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

The Andalucia region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.

Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.

Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengirola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre.

Estepona

There are great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The local beaxches can be reached within 5-10 mintes walk over the footbridge. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous.

Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.

Details of all local Markets and Attractions are readily available from the local newsagents or travel shop and often brochures are left in the apartment.
