The apartment is comfortably furnished and is set up for all age groups to enjoy its facilities. This first floor apartment offers great views and the area is completely level for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with private car parking it offers a great holiday base for visiting the local area. The apartment is within easy walking of the El Paraiso Country Club & Restaurant. and the local shopping centre of Benavista.
The large lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South facing balcony which is also furnished with dining table & chairs. The South facing balcony overlooks the private gardens and pool. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en suite shower room, built in wardrobes ample storage, The apartment is in a great location for the family holiday.
The Guest bedroom has twin beds and views over the area and the sea, Gibraltar can be seen in the distance, form the Juliet balcony.The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with many extras. The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities

There are two loos (so no need to go back to the apartment) and a soft drinks machine.
We are 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 40 minutes from Gibralter.
Shops, bars and restaurants - 2 minutes walk away.
Estepona town, Marbella and Puerta Beunus -10 minutes away by car or bus.

The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availability due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a deposit is required by return and the balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
We also take a £200 security deposit bond in accordance with the booking contract. We send you the keys and we ask you to return the keys after your holiday and 7 days after the return of the keys, ( no damage in the property) we will return the security bond.
We employ the services of an English/Spanish speaking managing agent to look after the property, who is available at all times for an emergency in the property.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages built in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive.
Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square.
Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengirola, and many more attractions, details can be found in brochures from the local shops or tourist shops at the Benavista Centre.
The Estepona / Benavista area
There are great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous.
Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market. The area is also close to San Pedro with many charming areas, lovely beaches and great restaurants.
Details of all local Markets and Attractions are readily available from the local newsagents or travel shop and often brochures are left in the apartment.

Airlines fly into Gibraltar from many UK destinations, and I can arrange discounted Car Hire for you, or you can take a Taxi or the local bus from La LInea Bus Station (ten minute walk from Gibraltar Airport) to Estepona, and then a local bus to the apartments.

Hi Tim, No, we didn't contact the Agent, it just wasn't that much of a problem. Everything else about the apartment was so good, the accommodation, position, hot water, CD and DVD players and TV, it seems picky now to mention it.
The Agent had left a new pool gate key on the table, but it was the same as the one on the ring.

A booking deposit of 15% of the full rental is required to secure the reservation.
Balance of the rental Payments are to be made in full 10 weeks before the first day of the stay. by cheque, by bank transfer, or by PayPal.
Late bookings must paid be by a bank transfer or credit card using PayPal,as cleared funds are required before any keys are released.
We also require the Security/ Breakage and Damage bond to be paid with the balance of the rental by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal. The secuiry bond is refunded as per the booking contract.
